Can't even be first in line and wait less than 15 minutes.
Come when they first open and still wait 15 minutes and the only movement in the line is people driving off.

As a truck driver, one that travels all of this country, I utilize McDonald’s when I’m I have to. This one has a nice enough manager tonight, but is clearly short staffed. The drive thru line was horrible long, inside had people waiting all over the place. The place was TRASHED. No one had time to clean it. There is no sign stating why they are so slow or to be patient with them which I think needs to be up if the wait is 45 minutes for a mobile pickup. Manager is wearing jeans??? Not that I really care but that shows me enough to so why this McDonald’s was one of the slowest in the nation… even slower than Jackson, MS at the Pilot truck stop… SKIP this place if you don’t want your food FAST like fast food. And for the prices we pay. Oh and their pickup screen that shows you your number… broken. You just stand there and hope they call your number. I watched a young couple literally wait for 30 minutes and their bag was sitting on a shelf in back because well there was no screen to say it was done and the manager probably called it out just once. Poorly staffed, as I write this I’m watching cars bail from the drive thru line. One left after the spot where you order… 🤣

I always go to this McDonalds to get my team a treat! Staff are super friendly, but please be chill with them, they seem to be constantly understaffed. Not their fault, they're trying their best!
Food is always piping hot and perfect. Love these guys!

Fries tasted like fish!!! I should have known better based on the reviews. I had a large order... so much so that the person taking my order had to consult the other employees when I asked for 40 nuggets and 5 large fries. I later found out why. We order sandwiches as well. Took forever in the drive-through waiting on the order... and people were stacking up behind us. Usually when this happens they ask you to move out of the way into one of the designated Drive-Through parking spots so other customers with smaller orders can get their items without having to wait on the large order holding up the line. Regardless, the french fries were horrible. They obviously rushed them (maybe because our order was too large and they tried to shave a minute off the time) -- they were yellow-ish... not even slightly golden brown and they were a bit gummy (not cooked; not crispy). Some of the fries also tasted of fish, or something very odd. I figure they were not only shaving time off the cook cycle to rush the order, but likely also used some of the other fryers to cook the fries. Usually you keep the FISH fryer for only cooking fish -- so there is no cross contamination. But if they were in a rush and decided to use other fryers, that would explain the odd fishy taste. Big Macs were okay. Kid didn't really complain -- but they'll eat bubble gum off the bottom of a table, so I can't really go by their judgement... only my own. The staff was friendly, so I'll give them that. It's also been a while since I've been to a McDonald's. It looks like the combination of the pandemic, raising minimum wage, the government printing billions of extra dollars, etc., has caught up with fast food. Almost $90 for our order. This may be my last McDonald's ever, as I can easily take my family to Texas Roadhouse for that price.
