The service was amazing but the food nope never again my chicken sandwich cold and soggy my fries are cold and hard mind you I went in right after breakfast thinking oh heck yea everything is gonna be fresh but no heck no it wasn’t never again

Make sure if you order to go that you check your order before you leave. This McDonald's for some reason can never seem to get everything you order in the order when they give it to you. On three different occasions this has happened

Filthy. No one at counter for a lonnng time. 4 people waiting...? Loud annoying music .Im sure its hard to find good workers these days. We ordered 2 ice cream cones at the kiosk. 15 minutes later, no ice cream. 😐
I ordered a meal & went back up to get a McFlurry. I stood at the register for almost a half hour. Nobody in front of me & the kid on the line looked at me over & over - but nothing. So I decided to go to the general store & get ice cream.

I just went thru the drive thru in Miles City, Montana I ordered 2 pops, as she was handing them out I asked if she could put some more ice in it, it was 2 inches down and had probably 10 ice cubes. Well wrong thing to ask she got pissed off and a attitude right now. Was no reason for the attitude. And it wasn't appreciated. My ticket # 1393 and another place on there was a # KS # 13. This was on 2/27/25 @ 1:47 PM POOR SERVICE!!!!!

Was second person in the drive thru. Waited 27 minutes for my order, which was a burger combo. No restaurants (dine in) even take the long.

Everytime we come here the dining room is closed. Either not enough help or not open 7am or 8am or whenever they feel like it We're in an 18 wheeler so drive through is not an option. The sign on the door says not enough employees. GET SOME or at least a take out insid. You need to do something about this franchise. you lost a customer. We come through often. Too bad.
