Multiple times I have gone thru this drive thur and they can’t get an order right. Please make sure you are actually training people properly on drive thru and taking orders accurately, it’s upsetting that they can’t even make the effort to fix a wrong order and say have a good day when the order isn’t even correct. I will not be supporting this location anymore.

If I could not give any stars, I would. We went through tonight on our way through after driving 5 hrs in the car. Family of 6 with 4 hungry kids. Ordered a happy meal, a few things of chicken nuggets and fries. Not a big order. After waiting at least 15 min at the window after paying, we were asked to move forward as they were finishing up the chicken nuggets. I nicley asked how long it was going to take as we still have driving and 4 young kids. The employee said it takes about 3-4 minutes. No big deal. We already waited long enough so we pulled forward. About 15-20 minutes later, we still were sitting there. At this point I have 2 under 2 screaming and 2 other kids hungry so I went in and asked for a refund. The young man i asked for a refund for was very nice. He went and got the manager. I came off a bit hot but explained thw situation and more than once said I get it things happens and just wanted a refund even if that meant a gift card - whatever was easiest for her as I could only imagine the stress she was going through as there were cars just driving off and multiple people waiting in the lobby. I even offered to give the chocolate milk back I was given. Here is where I have an issue: if there are fryer issues, that should of been stated when we placed our order. When I went inside, the manager/gal who gave me my refund didnt even look up at me or appoligize. She slamed the till drawer and shoved me out of the restaurant basically.. after waiting 30-40 minutes for chicken nuggets and fries, I could of at least gotten an appoligize for the wait. Then to top it off, the lobby and kitchen just looked horrible. Long story short, we took our business to Wendy's and even got a free frosty.. Will not be going back.
