Best bustling coffee place. Good atmosphere and versatile seating options. Drink specials reflect the season and actually taste like what they are named after. The baked goods will put a dent in your hunger for sure.
The Ugly Mug is a great location with vibes, smiling faces and always friendly staff. The food and coffee is why I show up. But I stay for the Great Company the business brings in. Made new friends over coffee. I always look forward to visiting The Ugly Mug.

The breakfast burrito was literally inedible. My husband got a danish that was fine, and my coffee was drinkable. The breakfast burrito was a nasty greasy mess, with some idk egg substitute leaking out of it. Do yourself a favor and just take those off the menu. Waste of $10 dollars cause I am not eating something I wouldnt feed my dog.
Moral of the story. Cute place, terrible burrito, decent cold brew.

Coffee was great and so were the girls working. Super cute inside!
Had a coffee and cinnamon roll there today while passing through. Excellent coffee and top notch cinnamon rolls.
Highly recommend.

Really cute little coffee shop. Has free WiFi and the speed was solid. Lots of available outlets (I counted 26). Would highly recommend the hot chocolate.

This is my go to coffee spot in Miles City. Especially when I just want a good frappe. I usually get a blended mocha with either peanut butter or caramel and oatmilk.
However, I have tried a couple of their specials and have enjoyed it.
You can sit outside, at the lounge area, or upstairs. So depending on your group size and how private you want to be.
They have toys for kids upstairs along with a large table.
Many enjoy the bakery items: cookies, brownies for example. Also they have bagels and quiche.
They do have a drive-thru if you didn't want to go inside.

Visited on 7.15.2025 on my way to Billings, Montana. After waiting almost 45 minutes for coffee at a local McDonald's, I stopped here and was greeted by Carly. The Oreo flavored mocha she suggested and the cheese danish were outstanding. Her welcoming smile and enthusiasm made my morning better! BRAVO and Thank You Carly. Highly recommend to anyone driving through Miles City.

Stood in line for 5 minutes with person in front of me not even getting service. They were very busy, but did not have it under control at all. I used to drive off the interstate just to grab a coffee here. Never again.

It is the best coffee shop in the whole world and the workers are nice and the best and the food is delicious and the drinks are spot on❤️❤️ everyone who doesn’t agree with these is wrong 🥰
Caramel obsession ✔️
Very friendly service in one of the most relaxing coffee shops I've visited. If I lived here it would definitely be my go to place. Coffee was excellent also.
