Used to be a pretty decent place but has gone downhill drastically. The burning grease from the friers that's never changed will sting your eyes as underage kids from the community college walk/stumble around proudly with their cocktails in hand. My bf witnessed an employee work works the kitchen use the bathroom and not wash their hands. The food is pretty good but your stomach will take its revenge on you for it all the next day. Service during the day is okay but getting waited on at night (especially a weekend night) will take an act of God. Good luck.

Great service anytime we are in. Previous review for the same evening states that there was poor service but my table of 8 was in at the same time and had great service from the staff. When you go to an establishment you have to understand that there is people and demand that makes it difficult to get to everything customer right away. We have always had great service from the Trails Inn and will co to use to frequent this establishment. Thank you for for all your efforts, great service, and good food. A lot of people do appreciate even if some don’t.

Great food, good beer, fun environment. However.....if you are not a local....be prepared to wait for literally everything. Bar tender was nice but stood there for 10mins while she talked with the local softball team instead of grabbing the to-go container and check I had requested 15 mins prior. All good, folks are excited, but this is on top of waiting for service for 20 mins when our waiter, nice kid, must have clocked out, and no one followed up. Despite this I would return, just know, this local joint that is obviously much beloved will cater to folks they know over out of towners passing through. Give yourself an extra 40 mins at least.
