I am a huge Wendy’s lover but I have been recently disappointed in the service. I wait for 15 minutes for a free mini frosty. This lady in a blue sweater said it would right out. As I am about done waiting I see this chick put her elbows on a counter instead OF MAKING MY FROSTY! I’m so sick of these disgusting people. Like come on chick do your job. I’m not mad just disappointed. Hope it’s better in the future. (P.S. never got my frosty)

I ordered doordash on 2-28-2025 and my order was wrong and missing stuff tried to call doordash to see if they could fix it they said to call Wendy's so I did the manager was very disrespectful and was using fowl language on the phone to me I will be calling corporate

This restaurant has gone down hill. The employees seem to hate their jobs and their customers. The store is dirty and in disrepair. *Chili is good when they actually make it.* Rarely get an order right and fresh fries are unheard of. If visiting miles city avoid this store.

The cashier was so friendly and personable! My husband and I both ordered burgers and we split a side of fries. I specifically asked for hot, fresh fries with no salt. Our meal was an absolute disgrace! The burgers were cold and the fries must have been sitting out for a long time! They were cold and salty. The restaurant itself was filthy. Dirty tables and floors. In my humble opinion, this restaurant needs to be closed and remain closed until it is thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom!
We ordered the son of the baconator and the new mushroom and cheese and my mushrooms were not even on the burger I called the restaurant and whoever answered the phone was rude saying they couldn’t do anything except make a burger new but I am handicapped so I am unable to get the food

Terrible service and management, the manager just stood at the counter doing nothing while a line of customers waited for their order to be taken. Food was cold, bland, and skimpy. 20 bucks for lousy food and service.
