The lady who took our order & gave us our food was completely rude, I don't understand why you'd want someone like that working the window. Food was good, service? Not so much.

I am extremely disappointed in this Wendy's the workers are extremely frustrating and disrespectful I had one walk away from me and it's not like I was rude or even yelling when I told them that they screwed up my order they forgot my sauce they forgot my potato they put 11 different orders in front of mine and I online The whole reason why I ordered online was I was hoping that my order would be priority over someone else's order but I guess not I wouldn't recommend going here if you want your order done right I have gone back three times because of the mistakes that they made and I will not be coming back here like it makes much of a difference but I hope that someone can read this and just go somewhere else because they will mess up your order

The night manager in miles city stinks. He needs to grow up and learn some accountability. I'll gladly stay away from this Wendy's location from now on. Spend your money here if you like being treated like crap.

Waiting for 10 minutes in the drive through with no movement. Called the store to tell them they had a line. Cars Finally started moving. Took over 30 minutes in the drive through at 1015 pm. Would have gone to a different restaurant but tje only thing open was fast food. Won't be back anytime soon.
Family was traveling through and decided to stop here for food. Went inside because we’d been sitting in the car for to long. Waited at the counter for about 20 mins, with a line forming behind us, staff complaining in front of us and clearly ignoring us. My wife finally got the mangers attention and asked if they could get the line moving since they kept walking around in front of us ignoring us and she replied “that they are extremely short staffed and have to handle orders as they are before they can help anyone”. No apologize or anything, just walked away and kept doing what they were doing. Clear to say more than just us heard her because when we decided to leave majority of the line was already gone.
Very disappointed to see 6+ staff members walking around complaining in front of customers. Seeing a manager who won’t do anything about it and having to go somewhere else to get food quick because they clearly couldn’t.
