We ordered the son of the baconator and the new mushroom and cheese and my mushrooms were not even on the burger I called the restaurant and whoever answered the phone was rude saying they couldn’t do anything except make a burger new but I am handicapped so I am unable to get the food
This location recently suffered a major loss in staff. As far as I could tell, there was one employee managing the whole place. He managed to keep it open, adjusting to limited hours and closed dining. Theyre doing the best they can right now, trying to keep the business going. And, knowing that has made the long drive thru line easier to deal with.
It's really unfortunate because it's not like I can turn around and you know get the replacement since I'm on my way back to Canada the service was great the kids at the counter and the guys in the kitchen were super friendly but they messed up my order and it would be one thing if they had just given me the chicken burger with or without the things I asked for on it but they didn't do that they gave me a spicy chicken burger and it's not like I can take...
