Stopped here for a quick bite on our way to Glacier National Park. I had the BLT with avocado and corn chowder and both were excellent. The service was great. And the place definitely has character — with THE nominal stray bullet still lodged in the wall surrounded by a frame.
Great food, very nice atmosphere, and friendly customer service. Very reasonable prices as well. I was even impressed with the tech they used for placing orders and paying. Made everything so much easier and quicker. Our compliments to the cook.
What a hidden gem! If you're ever camping or recreating out near Ovando, a definite must stop for some homemade breakfast, beautiful wooden tables and chairs, some mis-matched mugs that never go empty, and service with a smile. They take credit and debit cards but offer cash discounts! Very quick service too.
