Typical Montana and typical small town hospitality. My daughter got a flat tire a couple miles out of town without the proper tools to change it. I called Trixie’s, just by chance, to see if anyone would be able to pick her up and bring her back to the bar and wait for me since we live an hour and a half away. I can’t remember the nice lady’s name but she was able to find a sober driver, LOL. When we arrived everyone offered assistance to help. We also had some drinks, food, and humorous conversations. Thank you Trixie’s and the Ovando patrons for taking care of my little girl.

I've driven through this town many times, and I finally decided to try this saloon. It was great to meet these wonderful ladies, Theresa and Trixi, on Thursday night. They are super friendly and beautiful. I loved their fish sandwiches and especially the chocolate cream pie dessert. 🍰 ♥️. Thank you! I can't wait to try them again the next time I drive through.

What a gem on our way to Yellowstone! Google had us come this way instead of going through Missoula and I'm glad we got routed this way. This place is check or cash only, but they do have an ATM inside. The atmosphere is awesome! Loved all the furnishings and the antlers on the walls. The staff was quick to get the delicious out. This place is on the southern side of Ovando and they have their own lane dedicated to their restaurant. Highly recommend stopping by if you find yourself on the 200!

Super Fun Spot! We stopped twice, before & after our weekend adventures. Loved the saddle teeter-totter!! Got the grilled chicken sandwich with fries & a Bloody Mary. Service is exceptional! All was delicious! We sat at bar, then outside at picnic table in shade. Don’t miss the “shake a day”!
