Wow! What a great find this was! I enjoyed a breakfast croissant- egg and tons of bacon. My husband had the enchilada special. Both were delicious. Our drinks were also yummy - mango smoothie and a "Beach Bum" oat latte. The staff was so friendly and even gave us a container with water and ice for our dog. Highly recommend!!!

Careful not to blink as you drive through Plains, especially if you're hungry, because the Bean Bug is a great little place to eat but it's not easy to spot. It's actually located in another business, but once you're inside you'll find a very pleasant, friendly staff to take your order, make your specialty coffee, and serve delicious morning and lunch items. Don't forget to look at the dessert display as there is sure to be something you'll want. I don't have a need to go to Plains often these days, but when I do, the Bean Bug is usually added to my agenda. Food to go is a plus!
