Robin Hood Lounge & Casino

First night we went here was great, food was awesome and no complaints. We went back a second night on our trip and it wasn’t any more busy but the bartenders didn’t even acknowledge our presence for at least 15 minutes if not longer. There were four people at the bar including us two. We left because it was ridiculous and went to Blue Moon for pizza which was fantastic.

Casino could use more service. bartenders, which yes could be more pleasant at first sight n more inviting. But for the mist part it's a fairly great place the food is a bit pricey but it's delicious!

I love this place and the staff. My food is always delicious and exactly how I ordered. If you are in the area and want a good steak I highly recommend getting one here. It’s the best steak I have ever had in my life!

I travel for work I eat at a lot of restaurants. Ive had better food at gas stations than at this establishment. The food was mediocre at best and that's being generous. We were there for an hour before we got our food. All we ordered burgers and fries. 2 groups walked in after us and were served before us. We were told numerous times it would only be a few minutes before for our food would be out. That few minutes was a half an hour. The burgers had no flavor. One on the plates came out with no fries on it. We had to ask about the fries. We were never asked if we wanted another drink. The service was horrible I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. On our way out we could see the kitchen all the staff were standing around on their phones. If I could give a negative starred review I absolutely would!!!!!!

Billy, Kelly and coworkers do a great job. I mean where elsewhere in plentywood will you find falafel on a menu.

Waited at a table for 35 minutes on a slow weeknight and wasn't acknowledged one time.

My kids and I went to the Robinhood last night for supper. It was 7:00 p.m. when we walked in, and I had previously called to make sure how late the kitchen was open. When we came in and sat down, the waitress/barmaid never greeted us, or brought menus to our table. She did go around and take care of a couple tables that were done with their meals, so I assumed she would get to us. In the meantime, two young ladies came in and sat at the bar. The waitress/barmaid did take their orders, and began making them drinks. After 15 minutes she still had not even came and taken our drink orders or brought menus. Another family came in with about 8 people, and the waitress rushed to them, cleared a table for them, and brought them menus!! By this time we had been there for approximately 20 minutes. I got up, and told my kids we were leaving. We then drove 7 miles to Antelope, where we got great food, as well as great service. I don't know what the young ladys problem was with my children and I, but I will never have to worry about getting my business again.

Great food, strong drinks, decent beer selection and good service.

We waited for 20 minutes with the only one person working skipping past us and not giving us a menu while 2 groups of people got menus right after they came in.

We came on a Friday afternoon at lunch time. It was not at all busy but our food did take awhile to get. Our waitess was very attentive and friendly. It was a nice, roomy place with lots of fun decor.

I stopped and had a flat iron steak last week and it was delicious! Soup was good, baked potato was loaded up! Very good meal.
