Fun, friendly atmosphere, although the drive out there is a bit.
Must stop here!! We stopped in after a day exploring North Fork and the food was great. It’s remote, but we love that. Chicken sandwich and the bison burger were great! Can’t wait to come back!

The atmosphere was off from other times we've visited in past years. The menu was more health food focused and has added a page of cocktails. The music playing was 90s pop. One of the managers/owners was correcting an employee's attitude outside in public. There were three dogs walking around engaging with guests and children without supervision. The employees didn't seem happy in the same way as I remember in the past. I still love Polebridge! But want to make sure that the saloon stays true to its roots. Hoping that management can work out some of those details.

Cool restaurant and bar in the remote town of polebridge. Decent sized menu and the pulled pork tasted great. Prices were okay.

Great beer, great BBQ dinner and great mountain vibes. If you’re going to North Fork, you need to stop by Northern Lights Saloon on your way out of the park.

Liked the atmosphere. Got into the bar to sit when there was barely anyone there. Got looked at like 10 different times by the ladies working back there. They helped my boyfriend first. Ignored me for a few more minutes then got me a good old fashioned. Not sure I need to go back for a while. I have been serving for 20 years now. Know how it works.

We enjoyed our afternoon at this fun and funky establishment! Salsa and huckleberry pie were good. Regional craft beer on tap and good cocktails. Large shaded picnic table area and a rustic stage for live music out back. Flowers and hop bines everywhere Kids enjoyed playing in lawn and in the viewing platform converted from a homestead era storage building. Clean bathrooms.
I would recommend to anyone stopping by Polebridge to stop in for a bite and beverage.

A Cozy Little Treasure with Food That Feels Like a Hug
Some places just wrap you up the moment you walk in—and this quirky little gem does exactly that. Tucked away like a well-kept secret, it’s the kind of spot that doesn’t try too hard but somehow gets everything just right.
Each dish arrives like a love letter to your taste buds—familiar enough to be comforting, but creative enough to feel special.
This place doesn’t shout for attention—it just quietly wins you over with its warmth, its whimsy, and its ridiculously good food. The kind of spot you can’t wait to come back to!

Absolute must stop! There is a certain magic to Polebridge that can only be felt. The Northern Lights Saloon offers a perfect place to gather and share stories with other travelers passing through. The staff are amazing! We enjoyed live music and all the food we had was delicious. The rainbow bowl with pulled pork was my favorite. There is a rich history to the saloon which you can read up about. The backdrop with the majestic mountains is breathtaking. Super family and dog friendly. You won’t want to leave this place.

We spent the day hiking in Glacier, then finished by driving up the semi-gravel road to Polebridge and boy were we shocked to find the best food of our entire four-state road trip. Incredible views/atmosphere, fantastic music (!!), solid prices, and just an all-around unforgettable experience at what seems like the edge of the world in the best possible way. Would absolutely return.

We enjoyed dinner & live music. We all ordered the brisket and ribs. Delicious! Make sure to ask for a side of the huckleberry sauce. You won't be disappointed. I enjoyed a hibiscus margarita. Employees were all very friendly.
