Yummy like alway. I got a chicken sandwich and it was so fresh and tasted amazing. My husband got a burger that was huge and he was not hungry after. Love them.

I waited for 16 minutes at the window to get my food. Way too long considering they had 2 customers inside and I was the only customer in the drive through. There was 4 people working that I could see and they stood around and talked to each other instead of working. They were rude when giving me my food. Handed it to me without looking at me or saying a word. The soda tasted like your soda machine hasn't been cleaned in years and the tea was basically water. Hot dog bun was soaked, in I dont know what, but I couldn't eat it. Hamburger bun was also soggy! Plus, they didn't even give me everything I ordered. You can barely hear what they're saying at the drive through intercom and they can barely hear me! Every time theres always some kind of issue. This is the last time I go to the a&w in polson. Way too high of prices to have so many inconveniences. I didn't spend $38 at your FAST FOOD restaurant to get slop and bad service.

Slow service, only half the order and no sauce. Dry fish with no sauce not worth eating. Ha and out of Root beer. Only reason we went there! 😜

The speaker in the drive thru is a NIGHTMARE, first it BLONKS loudly at you and then you only understand 1 in 3 words, so you are never sure if your order was correctly heard. Plan on a long wait for your order and NO ONE comes to to say'sorry for the wait'. The food IS hot, but saddly the quality is horrid. We have also gotten ill from this location and no longer go there.

Extremely disappointing! Our order was priced wrong and incorrect. The lobby and bathrooms were dirty. While waiting for our food we watched a friend of one of the employees stand at the front counted and eat Taco Bell. The food was decent, but we ordered onion rings and got fries. I own a restaurant and I understand that it's hard to find employees, but if they are struggling that badly then maybe the owner should be around!

We had a very nice visit at the A&W in Polson today. The root beer freezes were really good. I used the restroom, left my cell phone on the baby changing table. Got home, realized I had left my phone. Called and they had it. When I got my phone back it still had the money in it. Want to thank the employees very much. They were very friendly. Thank you.
It's such a shame! The service in store and in the drive though are awful every single time I have been in there, no matter how nice you are to the staff they are always very rude, the food used to be fantastic but it is awful any more, they can enter get even the simplest order correct anymore, I'm not sure if it is the staff or management or what but it's just no good anymore. I genuinely hope it changes soon, A&W is such a classic place, it's a shame this one is such poor quality.
