Your coffee is awesome. It’s the best ever !!! Was ecstatic to know that you were In Polson and was so happy to hear it. The first time I went in there, I always get a caramel latte breve iced with six shots of espresso and lots of caramel drizzle that day must’ve been a bad day for all of them. It was they made it with milk instead of half & half And it wasn’t very strong either, but it’s OK. I understand bad days happen but anyway, you guys are absolutely outstanding. Keep up the good work!!!!! 🩷☕️💜☕️ PS it’s too bad you don’t deliver locally in Polson… Because I would totally get a coffee every day I work down the street and I can’t get there cause I have no car but I would if you guys delivered I’d get a coffee every day. Keep doing what you’re doing!!!!

Alyssa at the Polson CMC branch is THE sweetest! Every time I pull up to the drive-thru and she sees me, she knows what my order is and just makes you feel so welcomed. She's my girl!! All of the CMC girls are so sweet 🫶
The coffee is genuinely delicious and well worth the drive thru wait. I've waited half an hour in line to get coffee and had no regrets because my 20 oz iced coffee of the day, caramel drizzle and cold foam I get each time is bussin every. Single. Time. 🤌🤌🤌🤌

Copper Mountain Coffee was a convenient coffee option while en route to other activities in the area. It was packed on a busy Sunday so service was a bit slow, but the coffee I got was solid and the breakfast burrito decent.

The girls were nice and had good customer service. I ordered a hot latte with almond milk and a double shot of espresso. The almond milk was burned and didn't have a great flavor. The espresso was decent, had a nice earthy flavor. Unfortunately, I prefer other coffee shops in the Flathead area to this one. Maybe it was a mistake, or they just need to switch the almond milk they use. I took a sip and didn’t drink the rest;(

​While on a road trip, we stopped for a quick coffee. The initial service was pleasant, but it went downhill fast when I asked for a splash of cream in my espresso. The barista said I would be charged for a different drink, a policy that made no sense to me. It's like ordering a drip coffee and getting charged for a whole new drink just for adding a splash of cream. I was surprised by the upcharge, and her snarky attitude made me feel like I was being treated unfairly just for asking questions.
​I am not a cheapskate, but I found the situation frustrating. She still charged me the extra fee, even though I didn't get the cream. Then, she walked away as I was trying to pay. The coffee itself was burnt, adding to the overall disappointment. I won't be returning.

I went there with my gift card to buy some lotus and the baristas were no help at all and was making snarky comments about the card and us. they refused to help or even look at the card just kept being like yeah it’s declining even tho the gift card still had money on it and it literally was working when I went to Walmart. Copper mnt is filled with mean girls.

We stopped on our way out of town and we were very impressed. Awesome coffee, not bad pricing, great staff. Loved how she greeted all the locals and knew a lot of their orders.

Abby at the Meridian location is the best. She always has a smile on her face and a positive attitude. Her drinks are always great from lattes to moonshines. I wish this location was the one that was open at 0530 when I'm headed to work.

Alyssa is our usual favorite barista! She truly lights up the atmosphere of the coffee shop! But today we had Chantel & Kariah as baristas, they are so kind & patient!! Made ordering an absolute breeze! 🥰

I just loved this one batista in Particular. She was so charismatic with a infectious smile and laughter. She was running for Lake County's best barista I quickly found the website and voted for her. I hope she won 🏆.

My husband stopped to get a mocha on our way out of Missoula 3/29/25. The young lady at the window was absolutely wonderful. All of the employees in the back seemed to be having a great day at work and working as a team. I love good customer service and when you work as a team it makes everything run better. We will definitely stop back next time we are in Missoula. The coffee was amazing also!keep up the good work.
