Like everything about this place. Not sure if the kitchen is too small or not enough help. but can take forever to be served.

Appreciate they have a GF specific menu- they have GF bread and pasta options in addition to GF pizza crust. By removing the cheese, I had lots of options to choose from for my dietary restrictions. Waitress was very nice, helpful and service was speedy. Restaurant was clean, tvs were playing a variety of programs and the overall music was nice and not too loud.

Mckenzie River in Polson..we arrived at 503pm and now it 643pm. Still no food that we ordered has arrived. Won't be back!

Our waitress was fine, but everything was so slow! It took 20 minutes for the hostess to even acknowledge. The people next to us arrived before us and still didn't have food when we left. My pop tasted terrible, like the carbonation or syrup was out. I usually am very satisfied at MacKenzie River, but tonight was just ehhh.

Love the food, but when I call to place an order to go, and you tell me you're too busy to accept to go orders, are you kidding me..? never heard of such a thing in all my life.

On 2/12/25, my wife and I enjoyed a wonderful meal, but we were mostly impressed by the service we received from Elle (I hope I am spelling her name correctly). She was attentive, kind, smiled a lot and you can tell it was important to her to provide great service. We have enjoyed the Polson restaurant on numerous occasions and we have always had good service, but Elle's service was definitely above normal.

This chain is terrible, the food is way overpriced and the pizza crust is doughy and sauce bland. Pizza doesn’t have to be fancy and expensive.

Wonderful Pizza! 3 of us had 3 different small pizzas. Every one fabulous. The McKenzie Special was my favorite. Great garlic sauce.

Great food! Yummy pizza options! Delicious birthday treat! Came to have a birthday dinner with my family and in-laws. We were visiting from out of state. MacKenzie River Pizza is our go-to restaurant whenever we visit.
