Went through drive thru about 4pm. Felt rushed by the person taking the order which I don't really mind, it's a teenager đ€·ââïž. My food was a disappointment to say the least though. Ordered a Bacon hot honey sandwich received a bun, chicken, mayo and bbq.... no jalapeño or anything. Yummy....

very Unhelpful people. I ordered food from here didnât get the right order. And I get a per diem from work and never got a receipt so I can expense it. I called DoorDash Support, and they couldnât get me the receipt And told me to reach out to this McDonaldâs To get it and they told me I canât get it I asked if they could reprint it and he hung up on me. Horrible customer service. Do better guys.

I am sick and tired of how sloppy the employees slap together the food, the burgers look like they tried to deal cards using the burger, theyve fed my pregnant wife raw chicken nuggets, have used stale buns on multiple accounts, and burnt the meat on my burgers multiple times. Theres absolutely no consistency on how the prepare their food besides the sideways burgers. And tonight I pulled my burger out and it just about fell out of the wrapper from their poor job of wrapping it, they basically just crunched the wrapper around it and called it a day

Showed up this evening and it took us 30 minutes to just get though the line at which point we were asked to park. We were there thirty minutes at which stage I went in and they hadn't even started to make it. Then the child behind the counter said sorry but I'm a way that says leave me alone. Then another eight minutes and the balding beta male brings me the food at the front and I say hey do you think 30+ minutes is acceptable at which point he ways sorry we've got a new crew. Well I don't care what's going on in back of house and I understood that things happen but if you take that long at McDonald's a sorry that's intended just to tell me to go away isn't good enough. We will be boycotting this McDonald's and the one in Ronan for the foreseeable future until I hear you're giving a damn about customer service.

We were driving through on our way from Missoula to Kalispell and stopped in polson at this McDonald's and grab some food my kids are picky and my order is always weird and they got everything right and everything was fresh!! They were amazing this is honestly the best McDonald's I've ever been to!! It was a huge surprise and it was really nice because we were in a hurry and didn't have time for any mess ups and everything was absolutely perfect thank you guys!!! We are so used to giving our order messed up and it was a blessing for it to be 100% correct and fresh!! You guys rock!! Keep up the good work you guys are amazing!!
