Poor, poor job. Food usually stale, bread dry. Very inconsistent service. Can take longer than 20 min in line I'm having an update my post unfortunately without any better news or any improvement in service. Today's date is December 23rd ordered simple McDouble and McChicken. They gave me the McDouble and park me and reserve for drive-thru number two and it has taken almost 10 minutes to get my other sandwich so I'm sitting here with a cold burger and yet to see the remainder of my order

I got my order and it looked like they split one piece of beef in half for my Big Mac! Add a half a Patty on both top and bottom. Had I looked at it before I actually pulled out of the parking lot, and got on the freeway as I was on a road trip. I would have went back and totally complained. It was ridiculous. One of the worst burgers I've ever had!

We went through drive thru & ordered the new Chicken Big Macs. But I made a special request, because I'm allergic to a certain food. Even though it had grill slip attached, my sandwich was normal, no modifications! This happens A LOT at this location. Pretty bummed. But the chicken big Mac is delish 😋

The place was dirty, employees with long hair not even up, employees go from cashier back to touching food w/o washing hands, manager blow her noise then continued to expedite the food into bags, employees eating out of the customers flies as they r bagging order. Chemicals on counter tops with food.

Phil was an amazing tour guide through a menu that had everything! Really great food! If the menu shows spicey, it's spicey. I would not recommend their "old fashion" drink. Would recommend the Huckleberry Brulee!

It was 7 months since I ate here last. After this experience I remember why I don't eat here anymore. Besides the high prices for the same Ole crap food. Fries were cold, one burger was super salty the other had no flavor at all. The sizes of the food items themselves keep shrinking. I will not eat at another McDonald's again.

I love salty fries from McDonald's, but there's such a thing as too much. I've been there twice, and both times, the salt ratio is insane. Not to mention, we didn't even get our condiments the first time.
