Nastiest McDs I've ever eaten in...we ate breakfast. There was French fries on the floor from the night before and all tables were nasty. No one greeted us to take our order.

Showed up this evening and it took us 30 minutes to just get though the line at which point we were asked to park. We were there thirty minutes at which stage I went in and they hadn't even started to make it. Then the child behind the counter said sorry but I'm a way that says leave me alone. Then another eight minutes and the balding beta male brings me the food at the front and I say hey do you think 30+ minutes is acceptable at which point he ways sorry we've got a new crew. Well I don't care what's going on in back of house and I understood that things happen but if you take that long at McDonald's a sorry that's intended just to tell me to go away isn't good enough. We will be boycotting this McDonald's and the one in Ronan for the foreseeable future until I hear you're giving a damn about customer service.

save your money. There are much better places to eat in Polson. Burgerville has a much better menu and more flavorful, healthier burgers!!!!

We were driving through on our way from Missoula to Kalispell and stopped in polson at this McDonald's and grab some food my kids are picky and my order is always weird and they got everything right and everything was fresh!! They were amazing this is honestly the best McDonald's I've ever been to!! It was a huge surprise and it was really nice because we were in a hurry and didn't have time for any mess ups and everything was absolutely perfect thank you guys!!! We are so used to giving our order messed up and it was a blessing for it to be 100% correct and fresh!! You guys rock!! Keep up the good work you guys are amazing!!

Quite possibly the worst fast food I've ever eaten. We ordered around 820pm and it took 20 minutes for a small order for two. They messed up the order and everything we ate was old had been sitting under the heat lamps for hours. Do not recommend.

Poor, poor job. Food usually stale, bread dry. Very inconsistent service. Can take longer than 20 min in line I'm having an update my post unfortunately without any better news or any improvement in service. Today's date is December 23rd ordered simple McDouble and McChicken. They gave me the McDouble and park me and reserve for drive-thru number two and it has taken almost 10 minutes to get my other sandwich so I'm sitting here with a cold burger and yet to see the remainder of my order
