We sat in line for over 25 minutes while she made only 5 coffees. I realize that gal was in training, but this was ridiculous. No sorry for the wait, just enjoy! Wow. If the drink had been phenomenal I wouldn't have reviewed. But it was the worst chai tea I've ever had and I've had easily over 200 of them as that's all I drink at coffee shacks from all over, not just Polson Starbucks. Plus I think she gave me soy instead of milk and I got very sick afterwards. I don't usually...read full review

Staff were rude, I waited in line for 7 minutes before anyone helped me when I was the only person in the store, & when I ask for my drink to be made the way it's supposed to with nothing extra or special, they forget even whip cream & the topping that is supposed to go on the drink.
