Subway had always been a great option to catch a quick good sandwich, up until the last few months. Standing inline about a month ago watching the employee making of others sandwich’s. The sandwich preparer had her nose directly on the meat as she was struggling to separate the meat. I left. 2 days ago I went in for a sandwich. The gal making my sandwich was very rude , eye rolls and all. Her up selling skills were completely off. When a customer asks for an extra slice of cheese , take that extra Buck or whatever for the company. She instead argued with me. I didn’t get my extra cheese. lol Took my sandwich and left. That sandwich was the worst I’ve ever had from there and this gal making the sandwiches should learn some people skills. I will not , Not, go back but will wait until Fall in hopes of employee change.

Ment to post this the other day. Those smiles talked about, didn't see any.. Most irritating part of our visit, I had to wipe down a table for us to eat at.. With 3 people on shift and what looked like to be a manager. Other than that. Our sandwiches were pretty good.

Really bummed. Walked in and waited for nearly ten minutes. Zero acknowledgment. I waited patiently as they restocked, thinking that we’d just come in after the dinner rush. When everything was stocked and put away, still no greeting, I watched as he grabbed a piece of bread to start making someone’s sandwich. We were the only guests in there. Really disappointing service. Haven’t been to Subway in a while, the old owners always prided themselves on a great customer experience. I guess things change.

I went in to get a sandwich for my family. Upon entering the young guy behind the counter rolled his eyes at us. I got to the counter to see Jason was making our sandwiches. He was very rude and threw our sandwiches together with no care. He wouldn't make eye contact and had horrible customer service. Which included snide comments he made to his coworkers about us loudly and rudely. He even copped an attitude towards us. The two ladies he was working with were very apologetic. There was one other customer in the store so it wasn't busy.

Might be the laziest subway I’ve ever seen. Walked into the store to order, no one inside and no one being helped, and the second we walked inside the workers said “did you order online”, I stated no, then she replied “we are way too busy we’re not doing any orders other than online orders right now”…. I guess I see now why the place wasn’t busy, or rarely ever is.
