Sometimes the service can be a little off, but everyone has bad days. I will say though, I like extra cheeses on my burritos and they DEFINITELY give you extra cheese. I have not had any real issues with this location. They are generally fast and courteous.

Randyn(I think I got the spelling right) is the closing manager and was awesome! Him and his closing crew were super nice, respectful, had great attitudes and really took care of me. I pulled in late and I drive a utility bucket truck and couldn’t make it through the drive and Randyn and the team really made it easy for me. This is honestly the best and quickest service I have ever gotten at a Taco Bell. 10/10

Food is the most disgusting and disappointing EVER. It reminds me of those gross street food stalls in India. Bathrooms are SICKENING. We almost barfed and couldn’t eat our food after seeing the restrooms. This place needs to be shut down. Do not go here.

Between the AI order taking which is in my eyes dumb trying to save some money on that part but your window service people are trash and extremely rude and disrespectful you don't wanna be there go home. I have so much more to say but I'm not going to because it's just not worth it
My portion of the order was done incorrectly. I ordered a cheese cassidia. It cold cheese slammed in a wrap and folded over on itself. This is the second worse Taco Bell. The first is in Lee County, NC in Horner Blvd. This one in Polston, Montana is really bad sorry to say. I hope they learn protocol, but really this Taco Bell should be shut down and replaced with a Greek restaurant or a vegetarian restaurant.

Good tacos. The staff will just ignore you if you want anything else. Apparently, the electronic kiosks have ruined their social skills. Unless having zero social skills is on the list of requirements to work here 🤷♂️
