I’m still remembering the tender bite of the elk medallions. Yeah, it was just last night for dinner but I’m waking up wanting more. And the sauces! Someone knows what they are doing in the kitchen! Bar tender Kate and manager Jensen made us feel like locals.
We went to Black Canyon Bistro on 9/7/24 for dinner.. the staff was excellent, couldn't ask for better service. The atmosphere was very good and not loud at all.
I do have one big complaint though.
I am a lifetime beef rancher, meat processor and have been a beef restaurant review critic for many years.

This last weekend (5/24-5/25) my daughter got married at Fox Fields in Red Lodge. We are not from Red Lodge, but BCB was recommended to us by our venue.
