I’m still remembering the tender bite of the elk medallions. Yeah, it was just last night for dinner but I’m waking up wanting more. And the sauces! Someone knows what they are doing in the kitchen! Bar tender Kate and manager Jensen made us feel like locals.

I was wondering and I'm sure other's are wondering too. Here is my thoughts. What happen to the fresh bread and butter, salad before your meal coming. And your dinner with a potato and vegetable.
