I'm not sure how they prepare their steaks here, but mine arrived bone dry and lukewarm, ordered medium rare and served medium to medium well. When I finished the steak there were no juices at all on the plate, indicating that it was resting too long before plating. Root vegetables were undercooked to the point one piece was raw. Baked potato was flavorless and looked as if no seasoning had been done to the skin at all. My wife's elk medallions were also underwhelming, though appropriately cooked. Our drinks, appetizer, and dessert were good enough though.

Here just for the night and was craving a steak, the local cut special here was incredible, might be one of the best cuts of meat I’ve ever had. Their selection of wines, though expectedly small was very good for the area! Megan (sorry not name spelling), was the bartender and my server, she was great, very friendly and attentive, and despite a small hiccup with my dessert this meal was amazing, and very relaxing place to eat solo. Highly reccomend!

Super beautiful, contemporary restaurant with gorgeous decor. Steaks are excellent, as is the salmon. The sides are delicious and serving sizes are plentiful. The people are very friendly and helpful, as in most places in Red Lodge.

The service was excellent but the food was just ok. I had really high expectations for this place and while nothing about it was bad, it isn’t a place we’d go back to.

Really like this place. Typically food is spot on but this last visit I got the special Ranchers Cut Rib eye for just over $60. It was an excellent piece of meat Im sure, but not the fatty succulent rib eye I was expecting. Totally my fault, should have gotten the regular rib eye and would have been blown away as usual. My advice to the management, don't offer grass fed rib eyes. The lower fat content isn't conducive to a great rib eye. After all Im not eating a 15 ounce rib eye to be healthy. I want a juicy fatty stake with some taste!

The local gallagher steak was decent quality but for the very high price, the steak was miniscule. had to fill up on bread and butter afterwards. A hamburger has more meat.

Very nice steak house. We had excellent service. The atmosphere is great. My husband enjoyed his specialty old fashioned drink. The food was very good and served hot. We had dessert to share and it was delicious. Steaks were big and cooked perfectly.
