“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had dinner at Black Canyon Bistro tonight, and it was absolutely incredible. I ordered the special — grilled romaine with feta, cashews, and 85-day dry-aged elk, topped with marinated blueberries, pickled fennel, and an orange-scallion vinaigrette. I know it sounds like a lot was going on… and it was, but every flavor was perfectly balanced. Seriously, so good. I told our waiter how amazing it was, and the chef even came out to chat afterward — such a thoughtful touch and a real highlight of the evening. For dessert, we had the butter cream cake with homemade caramel icing — rich, nostalgic, and the perfect sweet finish. We’re locals and I’m a huge foodie, and I have to say: this meal completely impressed me. Creative, intentional, and bursting with flavor — Black Canyon Bistro is a gem.“
