I'm originally from Chihuahua, MX. This place brought back memories from home with their food. Classic, homestyle flavor. The vinegar carrots & jalapeños slices were the perfect side for the rice & beans.
I ordered the enchiladas rancheras. They looked more like quesabirrias than enchiladas but the taste and flavor were 15/10.

Stayed in Red Lodge and Palmita was recommended for authentic Mexican food. Decided to give it a try, and found the prices to be very reasonable for the quality of food we got. I ordered the asada (steak) burrito and my wife ordered the chicken burrito. Both were VERY good, having rice, beans, lettuce, wrapped in a large flour tortilla shell. My wife couldn't eat all of her burrito, they were that large!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our food and the service was outstanding. We ordered takeaway so we were not able to experience the atmosphere, but I can only assume that it was at least as good as the food and the service if not better. Thank you very much for a wonderful meal and we hope to enjoy many more.

First time to eat there today. They knock it out of the park. Fast service also. We normally eat at Bogarts. This is our new Mexican restaurant in Red Lodge. Give them a try!
