We recently picked up dinner from the tap room. We have not eaten there in years but have been seeing a lot of advertisements about the new food, so thought we would try it! Very disappointing! Our order was wrong, the burger buns were so soggy they completely fell apart, the cashier gave us the incorrect change twice and still we had to count it out for them to get the correct amount back. Only good part of the meal was the fries. Definitely not worth the money for two burgers...read full review
We arrived for dinner just after the power went out for most of the town. The beer was still flowing and they set up a line for brisket sandwiches. One problem for us was cash only! We scraped together enough for one beer and one sandwich. The beer tender was kind enough to buy us a second beer! The brisket and beer were both wonderful!
We go to Sam's almost every week when we visit my mother-in-law in the hospital, and are NEVER disappointed. The beer and food are delicious, however, what stands out above everything is the service. Nashami and Brandon have offered stellar service every time we come in.
