We ate at the Bowl last week. We waited almost 2 hours for our food and when it did come out, the kids food came out a good 20-25 minutes before the adult food. We didn't complain but the waitress never offered any apologies or explanation. The food was sub-par at best. A very disappointing experience.

My family and I tried to have dinner here on a Thursday evening around 6:30. The restaurant was understandably busy, and there weren’t any open tables for a party of six. While we get that things can get hectic during dinner rush, the way the situation was handled was disappointing.
The hosts simply told us there was no room and didn’t offer any wait time or alternative options unless we asked. It felt like we were being turned away without much thought, which was especially upsetting since this dinner was meant to be a special and sentimental occasion for our family.
I completely understand being short-staffed or overwhelmed, but there’s still a way to treat customers with care, even if you can’t accommodate them right away. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling dismissed and unwelcome.
Great food and service, beautiful views of Lake Koocanusa.

I’ve been coming for years but hadn’t done a review. Compared to other restaurants in the area the Bowl has the best quality food and value by far. The views of the lake and marina are amazing. Staff is is super friendly. Food can be slow sometimes depending on how busy it is but just sit back, order another drink and enjoy the views.
It’s adjacent to the concert area and by the marina with plenty of parking and outdoor activities.
They also have a rewards program that is by far the best as it’s connected right to your credit card so that the next time you come you can redeem the points.
Will come again and again!

A very unique restaurant, located right in the bay and on the water. The views are amazing and the energy and vibe on a live music night is second to none.
Pizzas are always amazing, great beer selection and the shrimp fettuccine pasta was amazing.
Service is always quick and everyone is kind!

I do not normally write reviews, but I drove from Bozeman to see the Red Clay Strays concert this past weekend and felt compelled to share my experience.
The venue itself is beautiful, with an enjoyable atmosphere that added to the concert experience. Although I didn’t try the food, the aroma was heavenly and definitely enticing.
However, my experience was significantly marred by the extremely long wait in the drink line. I stood in line from 7:15 PM to 9:05 PM, which severely limited my ability to fully enjoy the show. While I could still hear the music, it was frustrating to miss out on much of the live performance because of the wait. I just wanted a water and a beer, but it took forever to get them. Some lines popped up out of nowhere and then moved faster, but I was reluctant to leave the one I had already invested so much time in.
Another issue was the lack of clear signage for General Admission, Will Call, and VIP tickets. It was very disorganized, and I struggled to locate the correct areas initially, which was quite frustrating.
Suggestions for Improvement:
ID Check at Entry: ID all attendees as they enter the venue to streamline drink service times.
Dedicated Water Line: Establish a designated line for those only wanting water to reduce congestion in the drink lines.
Separate Food and Drink Lines: Create more distinguishable and separate lines for food and drinks to improve efficiency and clarity.
Despite these issues, I look forward to attending another show at this venue soon. With these improvements, the venue could provide a much better experience for all attendees.

They have changed the menu. Now charge more for less. The food was over cooked and not flavorful at all. The staff was great, but very disappointed with the food.

Most beautiful spot I've been to this whole trip! Pizza was surprisingly awesome. Staff were all amazing and super friendly. Beer & wine only. No liquor available for sale on site.

Only ate here during a concert, so can't speak for the normal restaurant but the food they served during the concert was delicious. Highly recommend getting the tacos. Best tacos we have eaten. The chicken fingers were also very good. Gresg selection of drinks.

Better than average food, so I recommend the food. As for the service, 1 or lower than out of 5. Very rude and short tempered waitress. I sure hope whoever reads this gets a different waitress.

I really enjoyed my meal and the service was great. And the view of the lake is phenomenal.
Dietary restrictions: For their pizza crust, they also offer a cauliflower crust.

We had a wonderful experience! The food was delicious (and a very refreshing alternative for the area), the service was great (thanks Tanya!) and the views of the sunset over the mountains were stunning. There were several meal options for my gluten-free friend, which was appreciated and again, rare for the area :) Would definitely recommend and return.
