My experience was not good. Very poor customer service like zero. I could overhear staff bad mouthing and gossiping about other customers. Very unprofessional and gave a very unwelcoming vibe. It's to bad to because the food is not that bad.

Good food! Polite employees, they gave me THREE ranches with my chicken strips. The dining area had a ton of flies and I spent our lunch time swatting them away from the food. Surprisingly good for a small town DQ!

The girl working the drive through had my order incorrect and when she finally said it was taken care of it was still incorrect when I got to the window. They didn't turn my blizzards upside down as they were not the consistency to do so as they were melting already. They didn't provide or even ask if I wanted lids or spoons, however I got a free blizzard due to their mistake.
Growing up, Dairy Queen used to be a place my mother would take me to after long drives through the country on a hot summer day. It was a place of good desserts, and fond memories. These days, I don't feel that way. Today, would be the third time in a row where I was disappointed with the service, and the food. The first time, I wanted a simple vanilla ice cream cone, and since it was melting over the cone, they put it in a bowl, and served me melted ice cream, with a crushed cone in a bowl. The 2nd time I sat there 30 minutes waiting for my food, I would understand if it was busy, but at the time it was slow, and when I finally received my food it was cold, and the fries were soggy. Then just today I ordered two blizzards, and when we recieved them one was so melted it was soupy, since it was so "liquified" (as the employee put it), they put the large blizzard cup inside a large soda cup. The other one was also melting, but they filled it past the lid so that when we went to take the lid off, the entire top of the ice cream melted right over the cup, and onto our clothes and car seat. This time I parked the car right after we left the drive thru, and went inside. Although I appreciate them making another set. There was no apology, no thought of reimbursement, and actually it seemed to me that the employee was annoyed that they had to make them again. I hardly ever leave reviews...I never take the time for such things. At the moment I'm seriously thinking of opening my own shop now. I honestly feel the people of this community deserve better.
