They have got my drink wrong about 6 times, mainly the sizes, will charge me for a 32 that I asked for than give me a 24oz, just got a blended drink today that I didn’t even ask for, wanted a lotus, so disappointed as someone who tips 2-5 bucks everytime, now I just feel like there ripping me off on purpose, make me sad cause I really love getting drunk when the other baristas make them right

I’m normally very happy with the service here, but im disappointed today. I got a drink 6 days ago, and was told I had a free drink at my next visit. I went today to get my free drink and was told I have to buy 2 more drinks before I get a free one. A bit of a disappointment when I went expecting my drink to be free!

I really like this coffee shop. I appreciate being able to get points for a free drink later on. But the best part is how sweet everyone who works here is. They even have my order memorized for the most part, and remind me when I forget parts of it lol. Also still one of the more affordable coffee shops, not super cheap, but coffee shops just aren't anymore.
