Very unpleasant visit I ordered off the kiosk and I have one more thing I needed to order with cash so I figured I go to the front coin and order and and the girl finished with the customer in front of me she just walked away and ignored me as I waited for her to come back she brought my food to my table and then proceeded to walk by me again and finally she came and took my ordered as was rude about it and not to mention the place was a mess and looks liked it hasn’t been cleaned all day the girl had purple hair very rude and disappointing.

Poor management in the evening. Last 2 visits I had issues. 1st time they lost my order in drive through and gave attitude, like I messed up. I finally left with the wrong mcflurry. Today the manager yelled at the entire lobby to move cars in the parking lot. Bad service bad attitude.

This place is not very welcoming. There was this older guy who was not happy at all to help me at all. I ordered two large fries and then I realized I didn’t know what I wanted so I looked at the menu for 30 seconds and I even said I’m sorry. I ordered ice cream and a medium fry and I even repeated my order just to make sure he had everything. After I got done paying I sat down, and he brought over two bags, two drinks, and a happy meal to the counter and the lady who ordered them walks over checks her stuff and she realized she’s missing her chocolate milk so she asked the guy for her milk and goes and gets it. He didn’t even apologize for it or say have a nice day. He just put it in her bag and walked off. Then the lady said “ how am I gonna carry all this.” I used to be a manager at another fast food restaurant so I was really shocked that no one offered to help her. So I asked her if she would like any help and she said yes. When I got my food I was missing one of my fries. One guy watched me stand there wait for someone to help me. I finally said “excuse me can I have some help I’m missing one of my large fries” he went over to this one lady who was busy and told her what I was missing. She apologized for it and handed me my food with a smile. I wish I knew her name because I would of told her boss that she was amazing today

Stopped in last Sunday-Hot Cakes & Steak-ate in-next couple of days had some stomach issues-spent 20 plus years overseas-Ate local food-First time I’ve ever gotten sick from McDonalds food-Called-spoke with ‘manager’-seems everyone is a manager that answers the phone-they got very defensive when asked about their food and suppliers. My Advice-Avoid-Avoid and Avoid eating at McDonald’s for awhile until they clean up their act

They were incredibly slow today I have been sitting at window at least 10 minutes waiting for our order and it's only 2 things. There's a huge line behind me. This place is normally pretty quick though
My sister got a Oreo frappe and I got to the window and decided I wanted chicken nuggets and i asked him if he could add them on and the man said no I thought he was joking but he wasn’t and then proceeded to say I’m not entertaining this. All I wanted was chicken nuggets and he told me no, and from what i know you can’t tell a PAYING customer no to food. Horrible experience
