Ordered my pizza @5:30 and was told it would only take 15-20 mins. I’m just now leaving with my pizza at 6:25. When I’ve asked for a ranch with my meal they charged me $1 for a ranch after making me sit in the restaurant waiting on my food for an extra 35 mins. Poor service I won’t come here to eat again unless I know Anne is working. I even told them the situation and nobody had anything to say about it just looked at me funny.

I mean they have their flaws. but they are friendly, the food is fresh and well made and if they make a mistake they will fix it with gusto. They also have a hot case that you can go in and get a new york slice for 2.50$ which is a steal.

Ordered a pizza online and waited, an hour and a half later with no delivery in sight. I call Ronan stageline and they tell me that their delivery guy has not left yet. I put no tip on the online order because I like to give cash tips to the driver for making the trip. Very disappointed!

I usually love getting the cheese sticks but from polson, the last two time I’ve order from Ronan hasn’t been good. They have all the cheese in the center And some of the bread has bubbles, most likely won’t order anything from here again
I don’t know it has taken place but maybe new ownership but I will probably not order from line again even though they’re the only ones that deliver very disappointed and being hung up on the phone and being talking rude to kind of sad my pizza was cold and people were rude

Ordered salad and pizza for delivery. Took over an hour and a half, and driver gave my salad to the wrong person. I used to go in and tip super well, but I’m done. Advise you get carry out so they don’t give your food that you paid for to the wrong person.
