It was reality a great time visiting the Longhorn for dinner a couple of weeks ago. I hadn’t been there in 52 years! Not much has changed other than the faces. Wayne was great great serving us at the bar and sharing Rosebud/longhorn stories. It was also fun to chat with some of the locals… In 1972 I went to school (9th grade) in school for a few months and the spent the summer working for Western Cattle Co on a ranch way out near Angela…I have great memories of coming to town on weekends and visiting the bar for some fun! Bob and Betty Finch were the owners back in the day. The Longhorn is a must stop if ever near Rosebud Mt. Great food and great people!! Kevin Lan

The service is what makes this place awesome. While the food and atmosphere are good you can’t deny how people treat you here. We visited twice in a week cause the people were that welcoming and nice. Longhorn won’t let you down.

Yum-O!!! Passing thru the area and friends suggested this place, Nov 2022. First of all that bread is out of this world, and my ribeye was perfect. Super friendly service and affordable too. Thank you for being open! Note, they don't take cards of any kind so bring yo' cash.

It's always a great place for a steak with friendly people enjoying the atmosphere.

Worst ever

Was there last night on Thursday August 4I had prime rib sandwich,2 Coors light beer.The bread loaf was delicious awesome.Great older bartender there friendly.Planning come back real soon for prime rib Saturday night.

We had a large group in town for a few days and the very amazing people at the Longhorn fed us all dinner for three straight nights. Holy moly the walleye dinner is huge!!! But the prime rib, ah, that was a quiet dinner as everyone was busy stuffing their faces with the best meat around. Tender, juicy, flavorful, didn’t even touch the horseradish, it wasn’t needed. So grateful for how accommodating they were and how welcome we felt.
