Well let’s see…. He’s a chronic methamphetine user, on top of participating in local swingers events, Missoula health department has banned him so has St ignatius township. He’s a liar a cheater and user. Uses every woman he meets to suit him. Let’s them finance his bs then cheats and leaves like he’s in the right. If the food isn’t up to code to sell on the street like others then why chance deliveries. The food Dayone cooks up is absolutely amazing! So grateful to have more diverse food here in Missoula finally! He’s also such a cool guy, too! Definitely try his tacos sometime, they are so delicious!

Great prices and even better food! Prepared right in front of you. I'm skeptical about street food so I was paying close attention to any health code violations and I didn't see a single one! The chef is super nice and his mac n cheese is the best I've ever had! Made with a fancy sauce. None of that kraft stuff! I'll definitely be going back.

It’s always a good day when there’s tacos, but even better with Struggle Chef tacos. Struggle Chef Catering is a gem in St. Ignatius. Dayone’s easy to chat with & crafts his meals with passion and excellence. I have no doubt his talents will take him far.(The Tri-Tip tacos are my go to!) Very flavorful and delicious til the last bite, leaving me wishing I bought a couple more.
