WOW!! Amazing.
Don't get me wrong, the shakes next door are good.
BUT...the food here was fresh, fast, flavorful!
I had the surf and turf and the shrimp was big and flavorful. Ribeye was awesome and cooked perfectly. We also had the fettuccine and flavor was amazing with the chicken cooked perfectly!
Great job to the owner and staff đ¤đ˝

I showed up about 15 minutes before closing (I hate to be that guy, but we rolled into town late and didn't want fast food), but despite that, the service was great! The food was good too. I got the Bison Burger with the huckleberry BBQ sauce. The sauce was spicy (which I wasn't expecting), and I think it overpowered the flavor of the patty a bit much, but it was still good. The pricing is ok. They are a bit high-average on their single burgers, but their double burgers are a bit better of a deal, in my opinion. I would definitely recommend it.

Was in town for a couple weeks for work. We hit about every dining establishment in town while here. As far as St. Regis dining options, Jaspers is middle of the road for me.
The restaurant is old and dated, but seemed clean enough considering. Staff were helpful and friendly. Wait time was reasonable.
Food was perfectly acceptable. Wasnât bad, but also wasnât something Iâd crave. We got a soup, salad, and chicken fried chicken. It was all very average. The soup definitely seemed to be the remnants of whatever they had left over from previous days recycled into the soup of the day. Maybe should be called the âsoup of the daysâ.
I didnât mind trying it out once, but donât think weâll be back for dinner. Reviews state breakfast options may be better, so that might be worthwhile.

Had a fantastic breakfast at Jasper's this morning. Have passed by dozens of time, but this was the first time we've stopped - but absolutely will not be the last. My Santa Fe Skillet with a home made biscuit was phenomenal, and my friend loved her French toast, Ham, eggs, and hash browns. Great atmosphere and awesome service.
