I was at a wedding today and ate some life changing mashed potatoes. I am sure of 2 things: #1: They would never give me the recipe if I asked. (Nor should they) #2: Even if they did, there is no way I could match the magic that went into these spuds.
They tasted smokey, but I didn’t get heartburn so it was either real smoke or very high quality smoke flavor. (The cheap stuff gives you heartburn.)
There is no need for gravy or anything on these potatoes, the chef has seasoned to perfection.
Yes, the brisket was wonderful, and the corn and salad were delicious, but had I known what was about to happen in my mouth when I loaded those potatoes onto my plate I wouldn’t have left room for anything else.
I will measure every bite of mashed potatoes against these spuds. I will look sad and dejected at every Thanksgiving Dinner and Christmas meal just because I know these potatoes exist and I’m not eating them.
I might need to change this to a one star review because I feel like I can only enjoy potatoes if they’re made by Top Notch Catering.
I’m going to be stalking their catering vans and crashing weddings.
You know what? Save yourself. Don’t eat the potatoes. They’re just too good. I don’t think they’re meant for mere mortals.
All joking aside, I love this company, the service was great, and I ate the best mashed potatoes I’ll probably ever have.

I called hoping, I wasn't to late, to have a family Mother's Day dinner catered. The food was delicious, it was delivered on time, in warm containers so reheating wasn't needed. We had beef tenderloin, twice baked potato casserole, salad, rolls, banana pudding and tea. All the plates, cups, napkins, Ice, everything was provided. All we did was show up and eat. They even returned to get the warming containers. I decided then if I had to have another dinner like this I would not hesitate to have it catered again.

Top Notch catering did our wedding reception and we could not have been more pleased! Tommy and Caroline were truly amazing to work with from start to finish, no detail was left unnoticed and the food was amazing. Our wedding was in November and we still have friends and family calling us to rave about the food. The staff was very professional and courteous as well. I literally could go on and on about how please my husband and I were! We for sure will be using Top Notch Catering in the future!!! Thank you again for making our day so truly special!
