Their playground is never open, and the food was cold / old at 11am, which kinda baffled me. Disappointing every time

Wanted Burger King at 945pm. Went there and all doors locked looked at the times they are open and closed. The door.said 12:00am Im in a big toe truck and can't fit through the drive through of it was open. No one around to help. At that time either. If your going to have a set time stick with it. Not all of us can go through the drive thru.

Horrible we have been waiting outside for our food for 20 mins multiple mistakes, and there is only 1 workers car and it’s just us. My husband went in 3 times due to mistakes, 1 order wasn’t right given the wrong food, 2 was no cheese tots, and 3 I went it to get a fry in replace of the cheese tot and a little girl smirked when I went in and lost it so i will be calling for all of this

The whopper Jr was ok but like so many BK's the topping are just plunked in the middle so the patty is not covered. I've learned to get extra ketchup and put it on right away. Not sure if tomatoes can be sliced any thinner and I think there was a piece of lettuce on it.... Burger was warm. We waited nearly 20 minutes for a burger and a wrap. Cleanliness is a bit of an issue but this place needs staff to clean and cook. The counter person was by himself, helping in the kitchen and running orders out to the parking lot as well. He should be paid 2x whatever he is making.

Ordered food online because we were in a hurry then we found out that they want make it till you get there what is the point of ordering online. Same thing when you get door dash to grab your food. Will not be back.
Eileen, our server, was so sweet to my toddlers. She helped my daughter size her crown and took time to converse with her. Great service!

What can I say about BK? The food was decent, the service was better than at other BK restaurants in other parts of the country. Don't really know about the atmosphere.,does anyone eat in fast food joints after Covid? I know I don't

This is the second time I've had to wait for 30mins to get my door dash order. The order was deleted from the screens so it wasn't made or available when I went to pick up the order.
