One of the best Domino's I've ever had. Food is, oh my goodness, SO GOOD. Have only had delivery and the food is fresh, the service is excellent.

They forgot an item and instead of making it right they just dont answer their phone I called 3 times until getting thru to be told it will be delivered. The item never showed up in a 60$ order this was a 10$ item. Wtf sad I even tiped.

i understand that these days it is hard to find help and even harder to find good caring help, i placed an online order at 2:13 tracker said at the most delivery would be within 39 minutes i waited till 3:00 called the store was put on hold then clerk came back and hesitated a few seconds when i asked about my order, she stated she was working alone and the order would be delivered no later than 20 minutes. the online tracker should be disabled in these situations and a discount should be given for having to wait over an hour for your food, no wonder these places cant find help, my order was not delivered in the time she said it would be, pizza hut and dominos in sidney have really went downhill in service and the way they treat customers, i gave them another chance , ordered online and my pizza was all mushed up on one side of the bix and the desert the same way plus they brought the wrong drinks when i called they said it was not their problem i have photos but no way to post them

Took pizza to the house next door went and got it and pizza was wrong when I called to let them no the staff was rude and didn't want to resolve the issue. Want order from them again.
New in town and a loyal domino's customer for decades..I made an instore order of spinach and feta pizza and a pasta Primavera..upon arrival back to my motel room discover uncut pizza and the saddest pasta bake I've ever seen,it was basically all pasta with hardly any veggies,sauce or cheese..I called to request a remedy and was told that if I was gonna make a big deal about it ( because i was gonna eat it with my hands anyway)that they would remake the pizza and get it right out..as of now an hour and 15 minutes has passed and still no pizza! WAY TO GO DOMINO'S,YOU REALLY TAUGHT ME A LESSON! I WONT BE BACK! you need a refresher course in customer satisfaction...

Stopped in on the 4th. Ordered two pizzas and cheese bread to dine in. The pizzas were terrible over cooked, no sauce, didn’t taste like anything. My kids wouldn’t even it. Just ate the toppings and called it good. I used to love dominos. Idk if it’s just this location or if it’s a company deal that has them skimping on the product but we won’t be going back.

The man and woman working were so nice. Great atmosphere, happy employees, good food.
Vegetarian options: The employees were very well versed in the products.
Food has been pretty decent. Have been unable to order online for quite some time. The last time we will ever order was a couple of months ago. An online coupon was offered but once again had to call in the order which was not even local, it was through a call center. They would not honor the online coupon, even though they acknowledged the online system was down. Will not be ordering Dominos again.I like being able to order online because of my husband's work hours, so this is inconvenient.
