They marked my order delivered, and they never even entered my hotel. They did not come up the elevator. They did not deliver to my door. If you’re from out of town, do not order delivery because you will not get your order.

This review is a late entry. I wanted to move to Sidney just because their combination pizza is the most delicious compared to other Montana franchises. I walked in nearly 5 minutes before they were closing, and I was served by friendly employees. The customer service of the night shift crew is top-notch.

They forgot an item and instead of making it right they just dont answer their phone I called 3 times until getting thru to be told it will be delivered. The item never showed up in a 60$ order this was a 10$ item. Wtf sad I even tiped.
i understand that these days it is hard to find help and even harder to find good caring help, i placed an online order at 2:13 tracker said at the most delivery would be within 39 minutes i waited till 3:00 called the store was put on hold then clerk came back and hesitated a few seconds when i asked about my order, she stated she was working alone and the order would be delivered no later than 20 minutes. the online tracker should be disabled in these situations and a discount should be given for having to wait over an hour for your food, no wonder these places cant find help, my order was not delivered in the time she said it would be, pizza hut and dominos in sidney have really went downhill in service and the way they treat customers, i gave them another chance , ordered online and my pizza was all mushed up on one side of the bix and the desert the same way plus they brought the wrong drinks when i called they said it was not their problem i have photos but no way to post them
