Food has been pretty decent. Have been unable to order online for quite some time. The last time we will ever order was a couple of months ago. An online coupon was offered but once again had to call in the order which was not even local, it was through a call center. They would not honor the online coupon, even though they acknowledged the online system was down. Will not be ordering Dominos again.I like being able to order online because of my husband's work hours, so this is inconvenient.

Store opens at 10. Nobody’s there at noon. Nobody answers the phone. Call Domino’s corporate. They said that the stores open ready for orders but nobody’s there.

Ordered specialty pizza with added banana peppers. Did not add the extra items. Same order included a Caesar salad and they failed to deliver it with the dressing. What is the quality check for if your not even going to check the quality?

We went there and the wait time was over 30 mi utes with 2 employees on site and only 1 working. Would not recommend going here if your in a hurry.
Always love this place for a quick dinner time with family. The best pizza but they also have salads and other items on the menu.

Manager at the Sidney MT Domino's does not have an ounce of customer service skill whatsoever.The pizzas were not even sliced properly. Ordered boneless wings, got bone in. And when we called to see if they could correct it, the manager proceeded to deflect negatively insisting that we ordered that when that's not what we wanted for the order.When the manager said they'd give us a playback on the call, they did not play a recording back, proceeded to strawman us the price and didn't play the recording back.That is not how you operate the business. That kind of greed and selfishness reflects bad on the business franchise because I won't be inclined to order at a Domino's anywhere now based on this experience. Do better.

Must have a young immature drive, think his name is Jacob but always forgets parts of order or keeps them which are mostly drinks leaves rude comments and pictures, if you don’t leave a big enough tip that is, highly don’t recommend because of this, others seem to try but doesn’t seek like they can keep employees besides him
