Ordered online @ 5:38. Arrived 5:42 asked to wait. Moved to space I was told to go. Waited 20 plus minutes. Went inside to inquire. At first the employees ignored me. Finally got someone to ask me what I needed.
They got me my order. Cold

Ordered fries and could just taste the warmer it was sitting in, they were warm but stale and it's been this way for awhile now, come on how hard is it to put some fries in a fryer for like 3 minutes, but the service was great, and the manager at the front window was super cool

I ordered a Carmel frappe extra Carmel drizzle and they gave me mocha with barley and Carmel. This same situation happened to my coworker the other day. Its completly unprofessional. Ntm anytime I ask for extra carmel I get the same as when I dont, yet they still uncharge me.

Went through drive through. Was asked to oull around to parking lot. After 30 minutes i went inside and asked for a redund. Discussion in back hapoened. I asked for a refund 2 more times because I needed to get back to work. I finally told them to forget about it and left! Last time I will ever use this McDonalds.

Usually try not to stop here anymore because you’re waiting a minimum usually of 20 minutes and multiple times there are items missing. This was the case today as well, and the food was only warm.
To top it off we were missing an item, so I sent someone inside to get it and apparently I hadn’t been the only guest complaining because someone had called and complained, and the manager took it personal. Informed the person that I sent in that they did NOT have to give the missing item, that it was “them being nice”.
As someone who has managed multiple facilities, a manager acting completely unprofessional towards another customer simply because they assumed we had been the guests calling is very poor management.
Do better. Guest satisfaction should be top priority in an establishment like this.

Not a place to stop at. They had a huge line in the drive thru. Only 2 people inside. Went inside. It took them almost 20 minutes to get me my food. It was 2 mcchickens... three people came in after to order at the counter and nobody came to help so they left. Mean while their manager was outside on a smoke break...

Stopped at this location, long drive thru line up so went inside. No one at the til taking orders, everyone had to use kiosk. Waited for what seemed like forever maybe 20-30 minutes for my order (mccrispy meal, bigmac, 2 mcdouble, 20pcs nuggets with 2 cheeseburgers & fries) There were 3 ahead of me waiting for their orders too. While in the vehicle, checked my order and they missed the 20pcs nuggets. Went back through the drive through and the cashier had to feel everything in my bag to ensure it wasn’t there. Then, I assumed that was the manager who handed out the nuggets with a smirk on her face, no apologies whatsoever.

Website says open till 11pm it's 9:20pm went to order through the app it took my order then when I went to put my number in for curbside it sent a message saying my order was refunded. So if it says open till 11pm why can't I order?

I had a bit of a rough start when placing my order—the person taking it was a bit rude, which was frustrating. However, once I went inside, the General Manager, Susana, turned the situation around completely. She was polite, professional, and got everything fixed quickly. I really appreciate how fast she addressed the issue and apologized for the mishap. Great customer service from her

Everything has become more expensive and the portions are smaller. The fries in the happy meal are ridiculously small. The coffee is disgusting. All my children said that McDonald's in Canada is better.
