I had a bit of a rough start when placing my order—the person taking it was a bit rude, which was frustrating. However, once I went inside, the General Manager, Susana, turned the situation around completely. She was polite, professional, and got everything fixed quickly. I really appreciate how fast she addressed the issue and apologized for the mishap. Great customer service from her

Everything has become more expensive and the portions are smaller. The fries in the happy meal are ridiculously small. The coffee is disgusting. All my children said that McDonald's in Canada is better.

If you are expecting Fast don’t go here for lunch unless you go through the drive through. I ordered on the app and set it to pick up curbside. I waited 20 minutes and gave up waiting in my car. I had to go inside and ask for my food. Most of the time they are pretty quick but when the drive through is busy it seems like all other orders are put on the back burner. When I went inside there were 3 people and a door dasher waiting for orders and some had been there for a while....
