It was not good. Neither my husband or I ate our food. Our server was knowledgeable about the beer list but that’s it.

Best food in Sidney! Food was fresh and yummy. Hot garlic was really good. Beers are good, some are weird, but interesting. Staff was friendly, food came quickly. We’ll be back

The service was good. The salad was good except the chicken could have had a little more seasoning to it. The atmosphere was good and the place was clean.

Called to get the specials, the gal directed me to the Facebook rather than tell me

Definitely recommend! The service was fast and the waitress was super nice and spot on with her recommendations. I ended up having the Garlic Cheese curds and the Chicken Alfredo Bruschetta pasta and they are SO GOOD! 10/10 recommend!!!

I'm an avid taster of Montana's breweries. As I have been to dozens. It's with a heavy heart that I can't give 5 stars. $26 for Mac and cheese with bacon on top, on top of an hour wait. Beers are always amazing but this experience left a sour taste. There was a party upstairs and they were picked as priority. We ordered simple items beforehand and we're thrown aside. I hope the Meadowlark raises a standard soon. I loved this place.

Atmosphere here has always been great. Beer is also always good but food lacks so bad here. We ordered the BBQ pulled pork pasta, assuming it would be something more than extremely salty pulled pork over mac and cheese. For 20.75 a plate I was just expecting something with a little more flavor and well ingredients. Overall a disappointing meal that cost over 80 dollars for a family of 4.

There weren't a lot of options in Sidney for a later meal. Meadowlark had the menu for the Billings location online but not for Sidney but assumed it would be similar.

You should stop here for a bite. The atmosphere is great and modern feeling.

A little thing - one of the chairs was broken at our table from someone who had leaned too far back and bent/broke the seat back.

Our service wasn't the fastest as we were forgotten about, but the food was great. I think the server just got distracted in the back but the other 2 at the bar didn't check in. Eventually went up to the bar to ask to order food after waiting for 10min +(felt longer but doubt it was).

Limited options in Sidney but this is a good one and the food holds up anywhere in the state. If the service had been more on it I would be up to 5 stars and could well have been a one-off occurrence.

Added photos of the menu from April 2025 - hopefully Meadowlark adds the menu to the Sidney page on their site.

Next time we are in Sidney we will definitely stop in again and will update as well. Worth the stop for sure!

We travel from Western Nebraska 3-4 times a year and this is always our favorite place to stop and have good beer and absolutely wonderful food!! The staff is exceptional!!!

Not even slow service, they gave us no service. We sat at the bar for what seemed like forever and weren’t greeted by any of the five servers standing around. Only to watch them take orders of people that came in after us. I am a previous server, I understand if you are busy, but don’t act like people are invisible. We won’t be back.

My daughter was excited to have her birthday dinner last night here, and we too were looking forward to it as we normally enjoy the food, beer and service. Although the beer and appetizers were good, unfortunately that is where the praise stops. There were 5 of us and maybe 2 out of the 5 were ok with their dinners. The birthday girl’s Goatin Figgy Burger was over cooker, burnt more like it. The bun was burnt and the burger was over cooked. Her fella’s Good in Mah Belly’s pasta was sooo dry it reminded me of week old leftovers and the meat was also over cooked and very dry. He was so hungry he ate it without saying a peep until I said it looked dry and he quickly replied it was extremely dry. I ordered the Cordon Bleu Sandy and like my daughter’s burger, it was horribly burnt. It arrived noticeably dark. The bun was burnt , the chicken was also over cooked, no - burnt. I tried to eat it and quickly realized it was not worth it as there was not a single taste going on in my mouth other than that of burnt food. I ate the sliced ham and cheese and called it done. When my daughter told our server she agreed the food looked burnt and gross, said sorry and that was it. Hummm, nicely handled! In this day and age, with the cost of everything so darn high, the disappointments just burn a little deeper. IF we return, it will be for beer and appetizers only. Oh yeah, we ordered side salads and they never arrived. When we alerted our server still at the beginning of our meal, she just said she’d remove them from the bill…hello we would have liked them still but was not given the option. Hum, so yeah there was that too! Good luck Lark, I hope you improve because you were a favored place to go and you are clearly struggling in the kitchen area. - Birthday Blues

We stayed a night in Sidney and went to Meadowlark for dinner and drinks. They had several yummy, interesting beers, including fruity ales, a shandy, IPAs, and a stout. The mushroom beer sounded strange but was one of our favorites. It didn’t taste anything like mushrooms; it was on the sweeter side and reminiscent of maple syrup. A flight of 6 beers cost $6.50, which was a great deal. Not sure if there was a special going on or if that is the usual price. On the flip side, the food prices were a bit on the high side. The Philly sandwich and tater tots were delicious but cost $19, and it wasn’t a very large portion given the price. A tip: if you pay with cash, they knock off 5%. (BTW the lunch/dinner menu on their website is outdated in both offerings and price, so don’t rely too heavily on it.) The service was great. If we find ourselves in Sidney again, we will definitely return to Meadowlark at least for the beers.

Had an awesome time at Meadowlark in Sidney, MT! The food was top-notch, and the beer selection hit the spot. The service was great—friendly and quick. It's a perfect place to kick back, grab a bite, and enjoy a drink. Definitely giving it five stars!
