Ordered online for delivery and after waiting 2 hours called and was told my order was “on its way.” After another 45 minutes I called to cancel the order, and was told my card would be credited. This did not happen, and when I left the next morning, my order was on the floor outside my door.

Small town Pizza Hut that runs with a minimal amount of employees so service can be a little slow if they are busy. Service is good and food is great.
I showed up at 830, they close at 10pm got rejected to eat in the dining room even tho I'm by myself, there was no customers there but one picking up a carryout, the young gentlemen was grabbing a menu to seat me and she (im assuming manager) interrupted rudely and told him no, the lady told me there's only 3 of us we ain't gonna have time to wait on you and service you. Would give 0 stars if I could, the lady who serviced me last night (night before) was very friendly. It was even later when I showed up to eat and she serviced with a smile didn't complain and had not even had a break and was from another town running wild between phone and carryout orders i didnt run out of a drink either got refills anything i asked for! She should get a raise and the lady tonight should be fired for rudeness and running away paying customers. I chose pizza hut because I enjoy your hand tossed crust and domino's pizza isn't my favorite and most other places in sidney other then bars are closed by this time. I'm here working from out of town so my food options are to eat out and as im here for work would rather not have to choose a bar. I went right there after I got off work. This is a town with many travelers. Suggest you get this fixed with workers who aren't afraid to do there job or if your going to reject lobby after a certain time close the lobby and post it on Google as well because Google is how I found you. Thanks. Thanks again to the lady who came all the way from I believe I overheard glendive on August 6th and did her job!

had a delivery from them thru door dash the driver never knocked on my door just left my food outside the door without telling me.went in today and got a carryout order, the clerk was the mist unprofessional, unfriendly person i have ever dealt with, not a good place to get pizza.domino's charges more for delivery but their drivers are very nice and friendly, pizza hut in sidney not a friendly place

Ordered mountain dew and got diet mountain dew. Took 20 min to place an order now take in aspect there was two other tables and they where already eating we had to get our own plates for the pizza. I will NEVER return to that pizza hut again

Pizza delivered looked to have already been eaten. Big hole that appeared to be a bite taken out. Order was missing a salad also. When we tried calling the store they transferred us to a line that never answered. So we went to them and they refused to do anything at all even acknowledge a problem

I made an order online. It was the wrong address so I called to call to change but they continued to put me on hold for upwards of 5 minutes. After they take me off hold they greeted me like I was a new customer. It was the same dude and everything. Customer support (at least through the phone) is horrible.

Friendly place, the staff is great, the food is hot, fresh, and tasty, clean facility -they brought back the lunch /dinner buffet saves a ton with a family - Kids night is Tuesday nights for 12 and under.
