I made an order online. It was the wrong address so I called to call to change but they continued to put me on hold for upwards of 5 minutes. After they take me off hold they greeted me like I was a new customer. It was the same dude and everything. Customer support (at least through the phone) is horrible.

Friendly place, the staff is great, the food is hot, fresh, and tasty, clean facility -they brought back the lunch /dinner buffet saves a ton with a family - Kids night is Tuesday nights for 12 and under.
What a welcome rarity it was to discover a classic Pizza Hut restaurant! ? Being formerly of NE Montana I frequented this particular Pizza Hut many times in my youth. It was so great to find that not only was there still one in Sidney, but that it was still an actual sit-down restaurant! ? I'm a 90s kid, so this was such a great throwback! Not very many of these retro classics are left, unfortunately ? especially not one so clean and well-preserved! There was even a salad buffet and a BOOK IT donation box outside y'all! Would like to shout-out Amber! ?? Definitely stopping back!

Waited for 30 min to get a pizza and wings. I get stuff happens but you have someone come in and fill up their own ice tea. How sanitary is this.
