I get that we donât have many options in our neck of the woods, but why do we have a huge fancy building with great potential, being managed by unprofessional and rude staff? I waited to be seated for a long time until I called and a heavyweight man with brown crazy whispy sweaty hair answered and I told him I was standing at the front. He yelled âgo seat yourself!â He yelled this at me across the whole restaurant. I responded by asking, how was I supposed to know this was a âseat yourselfâ restaurant if I wasnât helped? Another customer walked past me right at that moment and said âthey are in a mood tonightâ. I sat down and an Asian man was very kind and he helped turn the experience around. No smiles on the rest of the wait staff. Felt empty and unwelcoming. The Asian waiter(didnât catch his name) was the only one running food and waiting tables. Food was decent but I was appalled by my initial interaction, which set the tone for the remainder of my dining experience. I then heard that my friends had a similar dining experience the following week. I thought new management took over? So disappointing. I will not be going there ever again.

Ordered 2 of the philly steak sandwich's. and fries to go. Fries were half raw and sandwich wasn't very good. They also must charge for using a card. Didn't notice that till i got home. 3% surcharge....

Ive only ever had the appetizers before and they were sooo good! Finally made it in for real food. The prime rib was AMAZING. Actually smoked! I do wish there were more side options than just baked potato but I was so dang full I couldn't eat my potato anyways so it didnt matter lol. Waitress was super kind and helpful.

Been here 3 times and still not ordered lunch or dinner, cant get past the appetizers. They are so good. The shrimp kisses are bacon wrapped shrimp, fantastic, the street tacos are delicious, the charcuterie board yummy. The service is fantastic. Prices are comparable to other dinner places in town, food and service is fantastic. Nice place to go for fancy romantic dinner date

I had Fish and chips. The fish was excellent. Breading light, I suspect they do the breading because I liked the fact that there was a good chunk of fish surrounded by a light, well seasoned coating. The chips were great too. Cut in thin slices, great!

This is the 1st time ever at this restaurant. I will def go again! The waitress was great! The food was very good! The portions were quite huge! I had the roast beef which was shredded beef on tiny potatoes w asparagus spears and it came w a side salad. The side salad was huge. It was a nice place. It has a bar. I went w 2 friends and someone paid our meal forward for all 3 of us! We were so appreciative & surprised & grateful! I got the bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer & it was delicious! We also got dessert & it was beautiful! It's a rotating dessert menu so not always the same. We had plenty leftovers to take home. Friendly atmosphere, not noisy, plenty of room, not squished together.
I just had a regular cheeseburger and onion rings. It was one of the best cheeseburgers I've had, and big. I don't know how big the patty was, but it was well over an actual 1/4 pound. I had a hard time finishing it. Excellent service, very friendly, and attentive. Definitely recommend them

Got a to-go order of Seafood Pasta tonight! Amazing! It had such a wonderful flavor and was loaded with seafood. Hostess (Hailey)was super nice and friendly too...bonus!

Saloon 27 is great for all occasions! We had a date night last week and the ribeye and lobster was one of the best meals weâve ever had! We love the servers and the bartenders make the best lemon drop martini youâll ever have!

I got the New York Strip, it was a little tough, lacking flavor, had some gristle in it, also came with Corn On The Cob, that was so over cooked that it was mushy, the service was good and the atmosphere was nice, I wonât eat there again
