Got shorted $10 dollars on a casino ticket. I should have counted the money when it was handed to me so that's on me. I was told they checked the till and it came out correct so I guess it wasn't in there. The only thing I can say for sure is it didn't make it to me. Not the end of the world I just won't ever come back.

Food is usually good service is hit and miss. Atmosphere sux its antiquated and dark.
Dined here again tonight with my 2 children. Service was great all the staff were fiery personable and kind:). Downstairs still kind of smelled musty like a toilet vent got sawed up in a remodel or something. Regardless was tolerable. And as far a food. Well I finally got a steak instead of burger. If the steak costed 200 dollars. Is still find a way to justify buying it…because it was literally that good. 32 years and I can’t say I’ve ever had a steak that good. Hands down guysKid-friendliness: My kids are terrible, in this case they were moderately behaved, and everyone was very tolerant to them and treated me and my kids with nothing but respect:)

It's a really nice place with upper and lower dining. Nice salad bar. It's in a nice location of town. The entire building it's like a pice of history. It's just a nice dinning experience. I'd recommend it to anybody. The whole family can easily enjoy them selves. It's just basically a nice treat.

Been going here approx 5 months now with my crew guys. Each time we come in it's a pleasant experience and good food. My crew typically spends on average anywhere from $300-$500 per visit at this location, and tips generously every time! Today my crew guys went in for a couple drinks, as soon as the foreman on my crew walked into the bar Kristin behind the bar made sure to point him out and say very loudly "this guy is one and done" while pointing directly at my foreman. Again my crew guys had been in there less than an hour, and my foreman just got off work and walked in when this happened. Kristin was asked for a manager by my foreman and denied giving the managers name and advised "management isn't in today". It’s obvious Kristin is in the wrong industry, profiles the customers and adjusts laws as she sees fit. I'll end the review with the fact that my crew foreman was the only dark skinned person in there when this happened to him. Management will be contacted Monday along w/ corporate. Avoid this place, at least when Kristin is working behind the bar.
