Came in to have a quick snack. The girl behind the counter made us one of the best tasting sandwiches I have ever had at Subway. It was the perfect temperature the perfect taste and I appreciate that kind of taste. I asked the women's name who made our sandwich, she told me her name is Shannon and she is actually the manager. I know why Shannon is the manager, because her sandwiches are delicious. The store was clean so you know sandwiches arent her only specialty!!

Says open till 8 pm get there at 7:20 and they locked the door rate when I pulled up when there was 3 employees just sitting around yeah there just like any other fast food joint in sidney lazy and don't care

I walked into that Subway it smelled amazing it was cleaner than I ever seen it everything looks so fresh the two young ladies in there we're so polite the interacted with my kids we were originally going to get our order to go but by the time we got to the register we end up eating there it was the best little lunch me and my kids have had in a while I can't wait to come back thank you Shannon and Meghan you guys were great see you guys next time. You have an amazing crew

Out of all the Subways ive been to across the United States, this subway is THE BEST. MAJOR SHOUTOUT to Miles and Kenny! They they have absolute TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE! Seriously, they made my WEEK! Management, you guys NEED TO GIVE MILES AND KENNY A RAISE OR PROMOTION!!! Thank you again guys!! Ill be back again soon!!

I should’ve listened to everybody who said if they could give zero stars they would these are by far the nastiest sandwiches I’ve ever had my meatball sub look like it had been sitting out for hours and the cheese is brown. They then proceeded to put so much sauce on another one of my sandwiches that it was soggy through the wrapper. NEVER GO HERE

If I could give this business a review below 1 I certainly would. Woman at counter was extremely rude...literally screamed at my husband because she thought he was rude (he didn't hear her question) and continued screaming as we walked out the door! The place is also dirty, most obvious by the filthy glass protecting the sandwich garnishes. Ugh! Never going back until this woman is GONE!

If I could give this place no stars I would. I put in an order for two subs at this Subway location through the mobile app. It said it would be done at 12:35. I went in at 12:41 to find that my sub had not been started after waiting to be helped for ten minutes. The worker asked if I was the online order. To which I said yes. She then said that she hadn’t started it yet. I said I put the order in 20 minutes ago. Then she got all snippy and said, “if you’re gonna act like that then you can just leave.” I didn’t even have a time or anything with her. Then I had to wait until the whole sandwich line was cleared before she would even start making my sandwiches. Needless to say this location sucks and needs some customer service and training on how online app orders should be handled. My sandwich should have been made in the line when the order was put in. Not after the whole line was cleared. I will NOT be ordering Subway online from Sidney ever again.

Was onky obe person working there and a ling line , a fellow subway worker even offered to help him and he turned him down also wouldn't have the teen even call and ask if he could jump in and help him, I got home tried calling before they close and no answer, I ordered cookies and didn't get them.

Ordered a monster sub and the sandwich artist was a total witch about things I was ordering off the app and she rudely states they don’t do it anymore and then proceeded to make it and up charge and was a total scatter brain will not return we use too drive out of our way to come to this store as the other manager was so much more customer friendly…. Very poor customer service
