We REALLY enjoyed our food. I got the Remi Platter and my husband got a half and half burrito with steak and shredded beef! We also got to try the enchilada Verde and it was amazing! You can really tell the owner is passionate about genuinely good food. Made on the spot, organic, delicious and great price for what you get!

Fork Fusion was parked next to our hotel in Somers, MT. We ordered the vegan plate with pita. The hummus was velvety, creamy, and delicious with a dollop of extra virgin olive oil. The rice had a mysterious purple spice on top which was extra delicious. The tabouleh was fresh and citrusy. The pita was steamy and soft. I kind of wish the pita had been included for scooping up the last bit of hummus but overall we loved this healthy meal from our food truck neighbor. Really friendly folks working there who obviously care about their cuisine. Would love to have falafel added to the menu in the future.
