Good rooms for a good price and great food and drinks

I travel this way often for work. Sometimes, I get here a little early and have to work remotely. Rimrock Lodge has been more than accommodating in making sure that not only do I have a reliable connection for work, but that I also have a comfortable and clean room to do it in. I have had one experience here where, unfortunately, there were a ton of gnats that had somehow gotten into my room. The staff at Rimrock made sure to get that room taken care of and ended up retaining a customer in the process. Now, if only someone would come in, get hired, and keep the kitchen open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays! That would make this place absolute perfection!

We rented one of the little cabins. Was very nice. Check in was easy and the staff friendly. There is a nice reataurant on site.

Clean rooms with a nice view of the river. The staff was helpful and quick to answer questions. The room is a bit old and out dated.

Their is a bar w/ a pool table for all those who like playing pool or just drink w/a few friends
their is a bowling alley for those bowling enthusiasts who like to bowl a good game
and yes, their is a really nice restaurant located their with great food and decently priced
We were guests for a local building contractors annual Christmas Party Saturday night and were treated well by friendly wait staff, and all the employees we came into contact with.
The hotel room room was neat, clean and orderly. We will stay here again!
If I could do zero stars I would!! I booked a room, was there for a couple hrs and was out and about and had a family emergency and had to go back home. Forgot I had the keys in my pocket and sent then back threw the mail. They never got the key back and the manager said she would work with me but she lied! She charged me $100 for the key that I sent back in the mail. She screwed me over and that key cost me $100. Thanks for working with me!! They are not good with there word!
