Seemed like a really nice cafe/diner when I walked in but strange and off putting service. Everyone else was seated with menus, I was made to order at the counter despite saying I’d like to eat in. I was handed my drink so I sat at a table waiting for someone to bring me a menu/water/anything. I tried to get attention a few times but was completely ignored so I ended up just finishing my coffee and leaving. The food that everyone else got did look good though! Perhaps just a misunderstanding but a shame nonetheless.

Best breakfast on the road so far. This is a chicken fried steak from bread and Butter in Townsend, MT. Coffee is great, too. The hash browns could be a little crispier, but that’s my only complaint. ;)

We came back to Townsend after being gone for so many years. We grew up here and this restaurant is an amazing surprise and an amazing addition to the town. We had breakfast and lunch and it was so delicious and the service was amazing. If I ever come back again I’ll be there.
