A friend and I decided we just wanted to get out for the day and take a drive to Townsend. She said she had heard good things about Mountie Moose. It did not disappoint. We both ordered the beef brisket sandwich and it was very very tasty. We then split a sticky bun for dessert. That was very tasty as well. It was very well worth the afternoon drive to Townsend.
They may not be the best apple and blueberry fritters in the Tri-County area, but I've eaten a whole lot of others and I haven't found one nearly as good. The coffees have been the Achilles heel of this place, if you think that coffee should be strong, anyway. But who goes to the donut shop for coffee? The donuts are spectacular.
food was pretty damn amazing but a literal (hence the name of the place) walked in and stormed my table. Overall I would 100% recommend this place. Food is mouth watering and omg I wish I could have more of that food.
