I was just there for the first time and their maple bars are great! However, the coffee wasn't much more than warm water, and the girls behind the counter definitely could have been more welcoming and friendly. I would give it 3 1/2 stars.
Normally love the M toounty Moose but was a tad disappointed today. I did come in after noon for donuts but they were almost completely out. I understand that's past breakfast but it's a donut shop so you would think they would have plenty of donuts through out their day. Also their coffee is good sometimes, but you have to usually take it home to warm it up. They don't seem to keep up with their coffee too well that's on the counter when you walk in. Service...
A friend and I decided we just wanted to get out for the day and take a drive to Townsend. She said she had heard good things about Mountie Moose. It did not disappoint. We both ordered the beef brisket sandwich and it was very very tasty. We then split a sticky bun for dessert. That was very tasty as well. It was very well worth the afternoon drive to Townsend.
