I ordered my burger medium rare in the hope that although it wouldn't be medium rare, it would at least be juicy. What I got was a hockey puck so dry I had to wash it down with my beverage. I hope to avoid that by ordering medium rare. It didn't work here. I'll try the other 2 options in town the next couple times. 😬 compressed sawdust on a bun
The best burger in between Va to Mt, the cook will prepare to it exactly how you want it! And it is amazing! If you’re looking for a great burger after a long day glassing elk, this is the place for you!
We've traveled a ways and found the Wayside a nice surprise! Super friendly place, with superb service and excellent food.
