I ordered my burger medium rare in the hope that although it wouldn't be medium rare, it would at least be juicy. What I got was a hockey puck so dry I had to wash it down with my beverage. I hope to avoid that by ordering medium rare. It didn't work here. I'll try the other 2 options in town the next couple times. 😬 compressed sawdust on a bun

Always have a great time at the Wayside in Trout creek great to stop in for lunch and have a good burger or daily special and cold beer or a spin on the games all the people that work there are awesome friendly and welcoming great small town people terrific place.

We've been eating there for years but today's meal was kind of embarrassing. Out of 6 meals, 4 were awful. 2 grilled cheese that were Cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. 2 bowls of pasta that were also Cold. Tomato soup was watery. The service was good and the people are great but there's no reason for COLD food.

Went there for dinner, to celebrate my cousins birthday, was ignored by the bartender/ waitress, who was talking on the phone, long story short, first of 3 tables to arrive ,they were served and pretty much finished there meals, and we never even got our order until we got up to leave, wouldnt recommended this place.
Favorite local pub. Live music most summer weekends.

I tried taking my cousin there for her birthday dinner, was ignored while the waitress was talking on the phone, some guy comes in 10 minutes later takes our order, 2 other tables come in after us, believe me ,they get served before us and we wait more than an hour for our food, to which she brings it to our table as we are leaving. not a good place to go, my opinion, save you money and get a pizza from blue hawk.
