This is the only spot near town that I feel I can choose a steak and have it prepared similar to how I would want to do it at home. Always a great spot to dine with my family.

Love the food. I can't believe how much they give you. I always have to take it home. Service is top notch, and I love the laid back atmosphere. Most importantly, the prices are spot on. It's not cheap nor is it pricey. A big five stars. A REAL KEEPER.👍😀

Hands down top 5 steak i have ever had it was fantastic. Porterhouse steak is perfect. Portioned for when your starving
Only dislike is sitting by the door is cold when it's open and close 30 times. But also tells me this place is popular.

I had the salad with homemade blue cheese dressing, prime rib, and baked potato, all excellent as well as a very nice Malbec.

I ordered a 16 oz. Ribeye, medium well. It was cooked well done and was so tough, that I couldn’t eat it. It was really inedible. I have never had a piece of beef that tough. The owner was consulted by the waitress, who told us they could bring another cut of beef but would have to pay for the ribeye. I had eaten one bite of the ribeye. I ask the waitress to take it back to the kitchen. We ordered dessert, which was very good. Then left.
This restaurant must have changed beef suppliers.
Needless to say, we will not eat here again. Cheap beef at the highest prices is not
in the best interest of the business, or customer.
Our waitress was very attentive, apologetic, and kind.
We have other restaurants here that serve a much better grade of beef. Rib & Chop House, Jaker’s,
Montana Club, Dante’s.

This place seems to really be going down hill! Both food quality and service are not the same and certainly don’t reflect their exorbitant prices. Word around town is the chef is seen regularly at our local grocery stores buying meat in bulk. This would likely explain the apprehension from our server when questioned about “local beef” served. They once had competent staff who were very knowledgeable about the menu, wine list and were great to speak with. The well known staff have seemed to be replaced inexperienced, uneducated and less personable.

When our steaks came out both were heavily overcooked and we made sure the server was made aware. She appeared incredibly nervous, apprehensive, and almost fearful. She then gave us serious attitude like us asking for steaks to be cooked to temp / getting what we ordered was too much for her and was put off by our reasonable request. It was clear the kitchen was rudderless as orders were taking forever and when food did come out it was either cold or not even cooked the way we asked.

I have been in this restaurant many times when they had a full house. Last few times it has been a fraction of clientele but yet

There was no apology or corrections made in regards to our experience.

It’s very sad how far this establishment has fallen but it’s clear they are cutting corners to pocket more money for themselves. Servers appear lazy, don’t care about quality service and the kitchen seems complete train wreck.

I wouldn’t waist your money.

You cannot get any better than this. Myself and 3 other co workers stopped in for our annual birthday dinner. 52 Oz tomahawks for each. Cooked to perfection, and our server was exemplary. We cannot find a better place for steaks in our home state of Washington. And for the record, if you don't like medium rare steaks, might I suggest Applebee's. Again, kudos to everyone.

This used to be one of my most favorite spots in Great Falls to bring clients/ family in the area. It pains me to leave this review but after two poor experiences the last month or so I feel it needs to be addressed. Prime rib is typically a weekend specialty but last weekend they weren’t offering because of cost??? Aren’t you supposed to price accordingly? A restaurant should never NOT have anything that is on the menu! Not to mention
where is your veteran team? One of the best parts of coming into Beef N Bone was seeing the same faces. We were told they are gone?? They helped create the ambiance and environment that we were so accustomed to. Everything from food to service quality is not the same. I spent many years in the hospitality industry and from my experience this looks like a solid decline

I will give this place one more try; likely solo at this point. I hope they figure it out!

Appetizers were good, service was good. My don got the Tomahawk steak which he enjoyed, my steak was overdone and not as good, told the waitress and she really seemed like she didn't know what to do. It was clearly well done.

Beef N Bone was recommended by our host for dinner. The service was exceptional - Carlene was knowledgeable and very accommodating to all our needs. The food was good - we had walleye and salmon. The salmon had skin on which leaves a fishy flavor that would have been better without it. Salad was very good with the dessert being the star of the evening. We had the Italian lemon cake and it was decadent. The restaurant itself was loud and is outdated. Updates are needed to more closely match with price paid for the meal. Overall service was stellar as was fhe dessert. The meal was ok but would likely get something different if we are ever in Ulm again.

Server was great but the Chef fails to cook meats to the requested doneness level. The meat was taken back to the kitchen, instead of apologizing the chef got defensive by saying “we cook meats to a specific temperature.”

Avoid this place if you want meats to be cooked properly.

It's always a pleasure to eat at the Beef N Bone. The staff is always well informed and very courteous. It is clean and the atmosphere is lovely. We tried to take all of our out-of-town guests to the Beef N Bone to enjoy all that it has to offer. A unique local spot to enjoy, Thanks, Chef Micheal, and the gang
