Quaint/Rustic building. I've never been to a place with menu prices such as this restaurant who have hostesses finger-point you to your table instead of escorting. Reservations are highly recommended. My companion had the featured steak, shrimp, mushrooms with some type of béarnaise (waiter Josh pronounced, "born-ace" lol) sauce, baked potatoe and salad. That featured meal was very good but the sauce was almost too thick and very heavy/full in its consistency.
I had bison steak (slightly too salty), mushrooms and salad. As with a previous reviewer, the mushrooms were barely seasoned but tasted Good. I prefer my mushrooms to be browned very well. What came with my meal had some slices that were sautéed well but others that were almost raw; as though the more raw slices had been hastily added as an afterthought or added later in the sautéeing process. Again, as with previous reviewers, the Steaks are cooked to meat Temperature. I requested rare, meaning a cool center. My bison steak arrived with a warm/pink center that was more medium to me than Rare Blue. That evening's dessert options included One made-in-house treat which was Okay: compote of huckleberry with four other types of berries over French bread and whipped cream. Beef n Bone is a nice surprise in the small town of Ulm and worth the short drive when visiting Great Falls.

I got the salmon but I had a bite of the steak and it was some of the best I've ever had definitely worth the money.

not blocking handicap spots while driving a company vehicle would be a good place to start improvements.
Amazing dinner and great service very highly recommended and beautiful seating so relaxing loved it 😍
Food was okay soda was horrible waitress says it's due to well water. Only option for cans or bottles was beer or poured wine. Steak was okay very salty wife had prime rib very tough. Tried to charge me for the two sodas originally then changed bill still 110 dollars and we drank terrible well water. Definitely not worth the drive I will stick to Dante's or jackets or berries or 3 d.Server was also new Lilly not the best but not the worst either maybe I'm just picky about fine dining.
The food is delicious, but every dish with a sauce has too much of it. A little moderation would be better. I believe the fish and chicken dishes would be improved if the flavor of the protein could shine through.
food was so delicious it made up for poor service by our waitress ...she delivered our food and never checked to see if our food was cooked right it was or checked to see if we needed anything we would have liked more butter and drinks we love this place and will be back for sure
So Beef N Bone was the best dinning experience I have had in a long time. I can’t fault it in any regard. You can tell that these people love food and what they are doing.
